Tim Hortons review: classic egg breakfast on muffin/biscuit

Yesterday Sunday April 13th. at about 3:00p.m We decided to try Your All day Breakfast English Muffin with egg, cheeese & sausage & bacon in the foodcourt at Masonville Mall. We always go there to Timmies. Never had a complaint.
Are they made with real eggs? They are just round like a patty. They did not look very appetizing but I ate mine anyway. (My friend only took a bite and said yuck. I wish I had never eaten mine...
I woke up at around 4:00a.m with stomach cramps, thinking I maybe just had to go to the bathroom. Then I started to feel nauseated and I have been vomitting ever since.
