Tim Hortons review: Bad customer service

August 21, 2022 at 7:15 pm went into the Tim Horton's in Berwick Nova Scotia. Server was waiting on one customer and talking to her co worker at the same time. Co worker was going on her break. Server took some time to make the customers drinks, this was fine except for the fact that at the same time she was talking to some of her friend setting at a table close by. While waiting my turn I was watching the co worker making her sandwich. She was making a wrap and using the same utensil for each ingredient going on her wrap(cleaning it with her fingers between each ingredient and then hanging it back up to use again). Finally it was my turn so I thought, server continued to talk to her friends and by this time the group was now 4. When she turned to me she just stood there and I asked her "If she was ready" "sure" she said. I asked for a medium ice coffee and she said " don't have any" and I asked for a large Ice Coffee and she said all out. She had just made 2 ice coffee for previous customer. She turned and talked to her friends again and at that time I said " have a great night" and walked out. She had no name tag on so I am unable to tell you her name!
