Tim Hortons review: bad service ( 3 comments)

How we were served at the Tim Horton in Alexandria on the main street on March 5, 2015.
We made a order through the drive through on March 5, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. and we ordered a BLT sand witch toasted and a XL coffee with two sugar and we asked the lady if the BLT was toasted when we got to the window and she said yes, then I asked her for a small cup with three milk and a lid cause me and my husband share the XL coffee, but she didn't want to give us a small cup with three milk in it, she only gave me three creamers and no cup. So we left and then I took a bite of my BLT and it was not toasted, so I had to go back in line to tell her that the BLT was not toasted, so she made another BLT and also I had a free coupon for a free coffee so a asked for another coffee triple triple so she made the coffee and we gave her the coupon and before we left I took a zip of my coffee and it was cold so I told her that the coffee was cold and she was getting mad and was saying ``Its because the milk makes the coffee cool down`` and that didn't make sense cause when I ask for a triple triple my coffee is hot, so she made another coffee and it was still cold so she was mean and making another coffee, but I told her to just give me back my free coupon and then we left . We came back late that same day and ordered through the drive through a XL coffee with two sugar and ask for a small cup with three milk in it with a lid and he gave me what I ask for .So then I wanted to speak with a manager about what happened that morning and she said to me that she heard some arguing and that I was not being served ok, so then the big boss said whats going on and I explained it all to him and he understand my situation and he gave me a $20 tim card and I told the boss that I didn't want the $20 I only wanted good service, but he still gave me the Gift card and that was nice of him and the he said that he still wants us to come back to his Tim Horton store. The lady the didn't serve us right was Michelle Gallant and Lynne ? Thanks everyone from the Tim Horton team for understanding my service I had from the two ladies that didn't have a smile and didn't give us good service.
