I have ordered a coat from Tidebuy about two months ago. It took them over a month to deliver my order and when it finally arrived it was way too big. I contacted them and asked for an exchange. They said that they need to discuss this with their manager and promised to contact me later. Few days passed and I called again. Another rep told that I have to send it back and then they will ship me a replacement. And he also promised to call me back later. Again, two days passed and nothing! When I called for the third time new rep said "What coat?". Absolutely unprofessional customer service!
