Company advertises "Winter Differently" touting Florida Resorts selling the top membership for near $17,000 plus annual maintenance with additional $600 plus annually for Trails Collection Plus add on!
Reality is after purchase we have found it near impossible to get reservations in January and February while the resorts sit mostly empty!
This due to the company trying to sell the open sites to non-member retail customers. While supply and demand in business is understandable. Not allowing empty site to be allocated to members after the high point of entry is unacceptable. We contact support everyday to try to gain availability while friendly and helpful the staff can only assist with site allocated to members!
in a recent stay at Terra Ceia October 2023 there were over 80 empty sites and we weren't allowed to stay a 5th night even though our Adventure membership supposedly allows 21 night stays.
We just were in touch with members staying at Encore Fiesta Key November 15 2023 were they sent photos of a mostly empty RV Resort yet the website and membership representatives states "No availability"
Extremely disappointing after such a significant investment!
Insulting to see sites vacant and be told "no availability"
It always seems that sites are available just outside the 90 day booking window only to be unavailable when the window opens!
Happy with the facilities and staff when we can get a reservation. Very disappointed in the bait and switch of availibility
Desired outcome: More sites need to be made available to members as the allocation is nowhere compatible with the amount of memberships already sold and still being touted everyday!
