Don’t buy from the website www.thehorizonoutlet.com. I placed my order and waited couple of days, but the seller only charged me quickly. After that no info, no confirmation email. I tried to reach them, but no one replied to my multiple emails. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

The exact same thing happened to me. i thought I was getting a Bank Americard, unsecured credit card but instead I got the Horizon Gold where I could only use at the Outlet and to top it off I got charged $29 for getting the card.
to cancel the card call this number [protected]. ask to speak with a supervisor
I just spoke with Amanda and she cancelled my account and refunding me the $6.95
I Agree that these people are a scam! I spent money to get a credit card that never said only available for their store. And they don't have anything worth spending money on. I am pissed and will take action on this company for misleading and fraud. I am going to go to the the B. B. B. and make sure that something is done.
I went and got this card and like many others I feel that I was mislead into believing that I would be receiving
An actual credit card.
Turns out that my card was not a credit card and I have to pay for shipping with a seperate debit or credit card.
I called and spoke to a super visor and they doubled my credit amount from the anitial 500 to a 1000 dollar credit limit. And gave me a 80 dollar voucher credit to pay for shipping on my orders.
I haven't used it and won't be using it but will reap the benefits of having a positive credit on my credit report.
I to was mislead into thinking I was receiving a credit card but received a line of credit to only this online store. When I complained, they doubled my line of credit and said if I still wasn't satisfied I could cancel anytime. The worst part is once I received my card, I can't get it to work. After reading these reviews, I don't think I even want to.
