The Salvation Army USA review: rapid rehousing melea

I received a call from this woman 2 months ago and she made an appointment with me said my name had been drawn I recorded the phone call, I also recorded me confirming the appointment a month ago. I showed up for the appointment today with my three children in tow and she denied any knowledge of the appointment or calling me. She called the cops on me when I told her I wanted to file a complaint I was handed a paper banning me from salvation army property tonight simply because id started the grievance process against this grossly negligent and endangering behaviour we have actually lost our residence because we admitted to having the appointment. I want her fired and a personal apology as well as my immediate reinstatement in the rapid rehousing program.
