This counselor/case manager is not advocating for any of her clients. Along with others, I received little to no assistance during my stay nor for my aftercare. Her attitude is demeaning/disrespectful. She denied that there were beds available and prevented me from obtaining my birth certificate necessary for housing. No certificate of completion!
Claimed loss: her email is breanca.[protected]@usc.salvationarmy.org THEY CALL HER MS, B
Desired outcome: she should be fired for not helping clients and even going out her way to see them fail.

besides the nurse Beverly and Ms. B case manager the rest of the staff especially monitors are wonderful, helpful, kind and considerate. Mr White, GT, nurse J, therapist Mr. V, Ms. Jamie, Mr. B and Mr. jackson monitors are too notch advocaters for ALL the clients. very supportive and encouraging which is what we deserve in our reach for soberiety. please help those coming after me
she instructed me to choose between 2 of my meds: sinus meds and hydrocodone stating they were the same. I informed her of the error stating that Hydrocodone has psychotropic meds. she as well as her supervisor stated I was inaccurate while stating I was accurate. this made me feel disconcerting and stupid. her attitude toward the client was disrespectful as well; really nasty and mean.
