The Salvation Army USA customer service and refusal of donation items

To whom it may concern,

On January 23, 2018, I tried to make a donation at the Westside Road Salvation Army store in Redding, CA. I have made donations at this location several times a year for the past 16 years.
As I started to unload the items to be donated a donation worker approached me and yelled, "NO! I am not taking this stuff anymore! I can't take this stuff any more!" I asked why and he handed me a sheet of paper explaining that no items that are broken, dirty or smelly are to be accepted.
I looked in my small box and saw there were picture frames, books and a wall decoration. I could not understand what he was talking about or why he was refusing these items. I also had used, but clean clothing, furniture and other miscellaneous items to donate. I loaded the items back up in my vehicle and contacted the store manager to whom I explained what had transpired.
She told me that I could donate the items to any other location where the employees might be "nicer." I left the store with a truck load of used but clean, not dirty, smelly or broken items which were intended to be donated to charity.
I am not one to complain about anything and I often tell people to just let things go. I try to find the good in every situation but I can't find any good in this situation. The donation employee has been rude to me in the past and I've just let it go, but today he made me feel like I did something wrong by trying to make a charitable donation. People do not deserve to be treated the way this man treated me. I don't know him or his situation, but we are all just people trying to help make a difference.
I did not get this man's name but as I described him to the store manager, she said she knew exactly who he is.
My wife and three children often donate our time to the Salvation Army's bell ringing program at Christmas. These are memories that we will keep in our hearts forever.
Please don't just delete this email or make it go away somehow. This event needs to be addressed as I am very hurt and saddened by the actions of the employees at this store.
I tried to upload a picture of the items I was trying to donate but it was too large.
Thank you for your time,
David Barone

The Salvation Army USA jewelry dept-management

I have just recently started shopping at Salvation Army stores here in Michigan, mainly shopping for costume jewelry. The process is simple. You go to the jewelry counter and pick out what you want. Then the clerk places it in a bag on which they have put your name and leaves it at the checkout counter until you're ready to checkout.
I have noticed that the store in Washington, Michigan, on Van [censored], usually has bags at the counter alongside my own. I assumed they belonged to other shoppers awaiting their check out, that is until I started coming in early in the morning (9-9:30) and seeing bags already in the "customer jewelry" box located on the counter. On January 22, 2018, in particular, I arrived at the store at approximately 9:20 a.m. There were two other customers in the store and five (5) bags with names on them in the "customer jewelry" box. Neither of the other two customers left with one of those bags. That leaves me to wonder if some of your managers are pre-shopping and bagging the inventory for selected customers before those of us who get out of our warm beds and shop the store first thing in the morning have a chance at the merchandise. THIS IS NOT FAIR, but if it's a service this store provides, where do I signup?

The Salvation Army USA customer service sucks

On Saturday, January 20th, I went to my local Salvation Army center where they have a truck stationed in the lot manned by two employees. This truck is located at the corner of Foster and Cumberland in Norridge, Illinois.
The nice gentleman is named Ernie or Ernest as I have seen on his uniform at times. The second crabby and extremely large individual, unknown name, was very unprofessional while I was dropping off my donations. I recently sold my home and was donating many, many bags of kids clothes, toys, blankets, etc that were less than 5 years old and extremely lightly used. While unloading the bags, the large unnamed man, repeatedly complained about having to get up out of his chair to handle all the bags, even verbally abusing Ernie at times to lift everything higher so "he" didn't have to bend over any further. After unloading approx 22 large garbage bags of clothing, bedding, etc, along with 12 or so boxes of toys, the rude and unprofessional flat out refused to give me a receipt for my donation. When I asked why not, he stated but not verbatim, You drop off this much stuff and then want a receipt. You had plenty of time to donate this stuff, I'm not giving you a receipt. I again asked for a donation receipt and was again refused my request by the unnamed large man. In all my years donating goods, I have never had any problems with Ernie, but this other gentleman has made me never want to donate to the Salvation Army again. Please remove him or I'll take my donations elsewhere. As a result of this horrible person, I am also advising my friends and co-workers to make their donations elsewhere.

The Salvation Army USA sarah, manger salvation army 6528 little river turnpike, lincolnia, va

I'm requesting a meeting with her supervisor on January 12, 2018.

Problem Number One:

Changed the store credit rule

We purchased a couch set for about $600.00 on or about November 15, 2017. Once we got the two of three items home, we noticed that under the bottom of the couch it was broke and appeared that someone tried to repair it. We immediately called the store and explained the condition of the couch. We took pictures of the couch as showed them to Thomas. We explained to that we didn't pay $600 for unsafe couch and would not be picking up the third item and asks could we bring the two items back. He said we could, but he couldn't guarantee that we would receive a refund. We returned the two items the same day. Sarah and Thomas inspected the couch. Sarah said they normally they don't do exchanges/refunds, however she felt the warehouse had missed the damage part of the couch. Sarah said to give her a few days and she would contact Headquarter. We were given a store credit for about $450 with the stipulation we had use the store by the end of December and we wouldn't be charged tax because we had already paid the tax.

On the next Wednesday we turned to the store to make a $69 purchase. We were asked by Sarah, if we could at least used most of the store credit. So, we didn't use our store credit for that purchase.

Problem Number One:

Changed the store credit rule

We returned to the store a week or so later to use the voucher. While we were checking out, Sarah in loud demanding tone in front of workers and customers told us that we needed to use all the voucher now. We only had a little over half of our store credit. We explained to the clerk that we didn't see anything that we would use that would add up to the total voucher. The clerk call for Sarah. So here come Sarah. What she did was very unprofessional. She when into a tirade about how she didn't have to give us a store credit in the first place. Most managers would have been fired for less unprofessional conduct. Sarah continued to give us push back and eventually understood our point of view. From that transaction the clerk asked Sarah about the tax, she told the clerk not to run it through the register because we had already paid the tax and the clerk did as Sarah instructed her to do and wrote out a new voucher for the remaining store credit.

On the 20th of December we returned to store to use the remaining store credit voucher and found items to purchase. However, we realized that we didn't have our voucher. We asked the night manager if the store had a copy of the remaining credit on file, because we had misplaced our and wanted to clear out the remaining credit. We were told NO they didn't have one. Therefore, regretfully the only recourse we had was to contact Sarah and explained to her that we had misplaced our voucher. We spoke to her and she stated that she had the store copy and that she would to speak with accounting about how to issue us a new voucher and she would call and give us a status in a few days.

On December 29th and 30th we called the store at least ten times asking to speak to Sarah. On December 30th we finally got in touch with her and she stated that she would give us a call on January 2nd.

We didn't receive a call from Sarah. So, we ended up calling, calling and calling and leaving messages several times.

On January 3, we called and spoke with Thomas, he asked us to call back and speak with Ms. Lawanda because Sarah had giving instruction. Ms. Lawanda called and left us a message asking us to call her. I returned her call and she told me that I needed to speak with Sarah because Sarah didn't leave her any instruction on how to handle our case.

Problem Number Two:

From 01/03 to 01/08 we made many calls to Sarah. On January 9th I spoke with Thomas, he stated per Sarah that we could use our remaining voucher amount, but it had to be used by 01/12. However, we could not use it on Wednesday the 10th.

Problem Number Three

On 01/11 I went to use the voucher and the clerk (a very nice lady) wanted to charge me tax and I explained to her that I had already paid tax on the store credit voucher. She politely requested assistance from the night manager on duty. The manager on duty stated "you have to pay tax. I explained to her that I had already paid the tax on this voucher. The night manager called Sarah and told me that Sarah told her to tell me that I had to pay the tax. She asked to come to the office because she had Sarah speaker phone. Over and over I told the night that I didn't wants to speak to Sarah and didn't wants to create a scene, because I had been on the receiving end of her fiery temper, but I did follow her to the office and Sarah stated that I had to pay the tax if I wanted to use my voucher. I asked the night manager for Sarah's supervisor name and Sarah lost it. So, I told clerk that I would paid the tax. After the clerk bagged my items and I was completing my transaction, the night manger came from the office with Sarah on speaker phone telling everyone in the about what had done for me and what she didn't have to do. Since I had asked for Sarah's supervisor name she canceled my $183 store credit voucher and told to come back in the morning to see her.

I'm requesting that someone from upper management meet me at the store, see my info below

I'm requesting that Sarah receive the proper management training and a written apology for her actions.

The Salvation Army USA family shelter

I am a single mother of two daughters. This shelter never did our evaluation orientation and made us leave January 3rd having done absolutely nothing whatsoever they were supposed to do. The director Walt Cooper especially was the most extremely rude and disrespectful person to talk to. He allowed bad behavior from residents such as yelling, cursing, slamming doors constantly, toilets left with poop and pee, sinks clogged up, residents to mess with your belongings and even destroy belongings, not let you watch TV etc. and would do absolutely nothing to them about it whatsoever. He not only enabled them to conduct such behavior, he instructed the staff as well. The staff and him as the director threatened us daily with making us leave or writing violations when nothing had been done wrong. They were very controlling, threatening, and extremely rude to myself and my family. The staff there purposely would come into your room, lock doors, not let you on the computers, etc. as control tactics to try to force you to do what they wanted you to do for some unknown but very disturbing reason. We did absolutely nothing however was treated so badly its sad to see such treatment at a "Salvation Army" "Center of Hope" of all places that are supposed to be helping you but instead mistreat you. We were made to leave the day of our evaluation before being able to even have it intentionally and deliberately. "Other residents" are allowed to get away with such awful bad behavior that violates all the rules and absolutely nothing is done to them however we who fid nothing at all were treated so rudely simply bc they couldnt get their evil way basically. They didnt help my family at all...they just mistreated us horribly! Our belongings got messed with and destroyed when we would leave the room and nothing was done. They would deliberately room you with people that would be their spys that tattle basically or from our personal experience, flat make up lies just to give you a hard time and then they would come threaten you with violations to make you leave based off the lies but they themselves were the ones deserving of violations with cursing, yelling, slamming doors, throwing stuff, etc. yet nothing whatsoever was done to them. The director Walt Cooper is the rudest and most disrespectful person that doesnt deserve to even be over such a place that is there to help people with how he treats the people there like he did us. It was an utter disgrace how my family has been treated and we are homeless and did nothing to deserve the treatment we received at this shelter.
The rooms were filthy and deliberately left that way for people to come into. Mattresses drinched in urine, floors filthy, bathrooms with toiletseft w poop and pee and period without flushing, sinks clogged up, showers barely working properly, and all sorts of things left underneath the mattresses on the beds you were left to sleep on like that. I have never been treated so inhumane at a place that is supposed to help and give people hope. They need investigated and to be held acvountable for their actions and how we were treated while there and then made to leave for nothing whatsoever.

The Salvation Army USA discrimination and harassment

Me and my children have been living in the family dorm at the Austin location for barely 4 months now. Every sense we've been there it has been staff harassing us. And only African American families. There's been a Hispanic family that had a weapon in their room. They cause confusion and conflict amongst the entire dorm, but never gets disciplinary action for it. Because the case manager calls them her best friend's. Myself as well as several parents have tried to reach out to Mr. Jay which is the supervisor and he does nothing. Now their telling everyone but that particular family. And they've been there for 6 or more months. They only gave me a one month extension. But I decided to not leave and stay here where my job is located. I've been on my job for barely 4 months. I have obstacles in my way to where it is hard to find a place so only thing left is to keep trying. But how if we don't have anywhere to go because we're not from here. Can you guys please fix this matter and help us please.

My name is Dorothy Brown and I entered the Salvation Army Center of Hope where Rosa was the shelter manager and DaRhonda Metze was the Director. It was the most horrible experience in my life. The Staff was on Crack, the Residents were on Crack, and the kids were on Crack. I was humiliated every single day. For money, cigarettes, and a light. Six women jump on me, for four pieces of Crack a piece. Jackie Cunningham and Donna McPherson headed the whole crusade. they were following some Crackhead Book. a conspiracy against my entire family. Killing us and treating us like Crackheads. No matter what our acheivements were. Holding my Housing voucher, "If those Crack People come after me. I'll have some place to go." Charlotte has 4017 Crack Addicts and 706 of them are White. "I WANT MY HOUSING BACK."

The Salvation Army USA hazardous and unsafe situation at the salvation army ny

I went to the Salvation Army at 73-24 Metropolitan Ave. Middle Village NY 11379 today. December 27, 2017 about 10am to make a huge clothes donation. The door was unlocked so I walked in expecting to find someone to drop off my donation. Imagine my surprise and panick when I discovered no one was there after I said hello several times and I tried to leave the store and the doors were locked! I was trapped inside the store and starting panicking. A gentleman walking down the street was kind enough to open the door from the outside. This was a terrifying experience that no one should have to go through. If a fire was started or if a dog was there my life would have been in peril and all I wanted to do was make a donation. I talked to Salvation Army men driver who were waiting for the manager to arrive and mentioned it was a lady. I told them what happened and seemed indifferent about it. I was so Shaken up I just went home to relax and didn't go out. This situation was dangerous and very scary. I went out of my way to drive to this place to give a nice donation of clothes and for my efforts I encountered this situation. If the place was closed the door should not have been left unlocked. I was trapped inside. I appreciate if someone would tell me how to file action against this place. You can reach me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you.

I filed a complaint and the salvation army said they would respond in 24 hours . As usual they lied . This is no Christian organization just a money making scam . I will never give to the band of liars again .I will also tell any business that permits them to beg for money with their kettles that I will not do business with them as long as the liars are mooching money . Stay far away from the scammers .

The Salvation Army USA pricing

The Spencer Ma store does not price majority of their furniture placed on floor. What if I went into Walmart and nothing was priced. Every day I go in their and no prices on furniture, then I ask for a price and they have to go find the manager she then gives me a price which is totally high price. Next day I go in and its still not priced so I have a friends ask for a price, the price is different. If something is for sale, it should be priced or do not put it out. I drive from Spencer to the Worcester store because I know at least they price their items. Please Make this store price everything on floor or keep it in back room.

The Salvation Army USA emergency services for shelter

I went to this awful Womens shelter in waterloo, Iowa for help to get decent housing for myself as a single woman.but it was a nightmare everyday I was there! Abbey the manager in charge doesn't do enough to straighten out the problems there caused by the single clients there without kids! The other single women are too nosy, and nothing but liars and trouble makers! All of them harassed me and one of them made false reports against me that was nothing but a lie! And physicallt attacked me! In front of other clients for no good reason at all, lying about me to a worker saying that I kept touching her stuff! None of this was true! Yet instead of removing her from the shelter for starting a fight with me! The staff and Abby just moves me to another room! With other women who were no better! But a problem too! It was so bad I had to run out of there in the middle of the night! And their rules are a joke! They make all the clients to do chores daily!- yet this so called shelter is still a nasty mess!- all the time! The whole place! With kids tearing it up too! Its a shame! And the staff does nothing to help anyone get housing at all! Either! I was so offended by them! If that place was inspected it should fail! Its a dump! Im glad ill never go there again its a bad Biz ! Please do something about this!- I did my part!

The Salvation Army USA disrespectful staff

Now they're forcing us to leave the building on every Sundays until 1 including the family center, it's called a shelter for a reason people don't have no where to go so they just want us to wander around the streets until 1? That's uncalled for. People shouldn't have to starve cause of their religious beliefs. That it self is a law suit. Please change it. The Salvation Army USA about manager family store 2151 w devon ave, chicago, il 60659

Dear Sir,

We have been going to this store (Family Store 2151 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL 60659) on regular basis, for more than 7 years. We own/live in a condo nearby only a few doors down from the store. We also donate items to the mission. My credit card purchases alone from Salvation Army store for last couple of months amounts to $206.83, per bank statement. This is in addition to cash purchases we make, which may be confirmed from receipts and from various cashiers working at store, as well.

Today, 12/19/2017 around 5 pm I went to the store with my sister, my husband was at home. While I was looking at a comb (97 cents) in my hand, at the same time I was also holding a package of wool skeins in my arm, when suddenly I was approached by store manager (Evelyn) who came out from middle warehouse door and asked me to come with her to her office, where she said, "leave the store", "you are banned forever to come to any Salvation Army store" I asked her "why", she said, "because you are holding package, you are stealing". I did not have shopping cart, nor had I left the store. I told her to check me, she refused, I then asked her to see and check camera/cctv, she refused. On her orders the young (bearded) cashier (called RC) physically pushed me outside the store. While being pushed out of the store, passing the check-out I again asked the lady cashier at counter to check if I had any concealed store items on me, they refused. I don't speak English very well. I called my husband who speaks good English, and waited for him, outside the store at side-walk. All this may be verified from close circuit tv recordings.

From here-on it is from husband's side:

When I went there, while I was still on street outside in front of the store, the cashier (Bearded young fellow called RC) recognized me and came to the door and said, "you are not allowed, you cannot enter the store", the manager was also there and she told him to let me in the store, she would talk with me. I went inside and asked her what had happened, she said your wife had a comb in her hand and was holding a package in her arm, and that one of the store worker had reported to her that my wife was stealing and being store manager she was obligated to take some action, she also told me the comb was priced 97 cents. Manager herself said she felt bad as she knew us quite well as regulars and could not believe or imagine anything like that happening. I said "when my wife offered you to check if she had any store item concealed, why didn't you", she said she is not allowed to do it. I asked her to check the CCTV recording, she did not. She said being manager she is bound to take action if store worker reports, even without any proof. She said that usually she would ban any other person forever from entering the Salvation Army stores, but in this case, your wife is banned from entering the store for one month only. She also accused us, "you come to the store and do not buy anything". I told her, "we always buy when we like something".

Such unbecoming behavior/attitude by a few tarnishes the reputation and image of this great organization Salvation Army dedicated to the well being of fellow human. Therefore, this matter needs to be thoroughly investigated, for preventive and corrective action:

1. The action and attitude of the present manager is insulting, illegal, demeaning, discriminating and uncalled-for and needs to be corrected.
2. My wife feels she is being discriminated against because she wears a scarf and does not speak English very well.
3. My wife has said several times to the store-employees, "why there is not much jewelry any more at the store like it used to be when Vanessa was manager here". This remark should have made the present manager work more diligently rather than to be revengeful and resentful.
4. What right did the cashier (RC) have to stop me (husband) from entering the store. Under what compulsion did he take such illegal action.
5. Do the store managers have a Carte-Blanche to impose life-time ban on whim for anyone from entering all Salvation Army stores, without valid reason?

The CCTV footage will reveal the facts; however, we are willing to personally associate/join with any inquiry/investigation, if and when needed.

Please reply and acknowledge.
Thank you,
Sincerely. Email

The Salvation Army USA inappropriate behavior

I am a social worker in Nashville. One of my clinically fragile clients works for a Kroger located at Kroger 210 Franklin Rd Brentwood, TN 37207
[protected]

She feels uncomfortable and unsafe at her work because a Salvation Army charitable collections personnel has made inappropriate advances on her. She states the worker is a mid 30's African American male who tends to set up around noon. She stated that he asked her if she "ever thought about having kids with a black man." she also reports he follows her when she is putting carts up and will stare at her/try to get her attention when she walks out of the store. She feels unsafe and threatened by this person. I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to relay the issue but it is causing a lot of grief to her and she is too scared to report it to the Kroger management. She is also becoming frustrated because he smokes inside the lobby where the carts go and leaves his post to follow people/talk and put carts away. I appreciate your time and would like to remind the reader that I am just a relay for the information and I have not personally witnessed this behavior; however I do know my client does not fabricate stories and her fear is evident. She also has reported that he follows other female employees and even followed one employee to her car. (I was not sure what category I needed to choose for this situation).

The Salvation Army USA manhattan donation pick up

On Tuesday, December 19, 2017 I had been waiting since 8:00 AM for a donation pick up booked more than one month ago. Having taken a day off from work to ensure I was present. Online my ETA was listed as 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM.

I should also note that my original appointment scheduled on 9/20 was canceled with no notice. No one called and no one made mention of a cancellation. Today's appointment was my second attempt at getting these belongings removed before the holidays.

Today I received a missed call at approximately 10:12 AM while in the bathroom. I returned the call back immediately at 10:14 AM. I was told that my door was knocked on and that no one answered, which was not true.

First off, one would have to ring my bell/intercom to enter the building. No one did and my intercom bell works perfectly fine. In fact, I received another delivery earlier and when the bell is rung it rings as it should. No one knocked on my apartment door either. I've been home, waiting all morning, belongings set up by the door, ready to go, and no one else rang my bell or knocked on my door. It would have been easily heard in a completely quiet home. Clearly I would hear this.

I stated this to a female donation rep, who was rude off the bat and was told it's too bad. Instead of attempting to assist or make sense of why that was (an appropriate response would be maybe the wrong apartment was rung, or they were at the wrong building)instead in a rude tone I was asked why didn't I answer the phone. Excuse me? This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Let me be clear: the person who claimed they knocked did not, for whatever reason, either intentionally or by error, and more importantly, my missing a call and immediately returning the call exactly 2 minutes later wasn't the issue. Someone's ability to read my address and ensure they were ringing the right bell was the issue because clearly they did not.

I stated that focusing on my missing the call was unhelpful when I have been home all morning waiting and can assure them that no one rang or knocked. I had an appointment for a pick-up, not an appointment for a phone call.

I asked if they could return (note: this was two minutes after I missed their call) or if something else could be arranged because this was now my second appointment gone wrong (first canceled with no notice) and I had belongings I needed removed before the holiday.

Instead, the donor rep mocked my statement and was repeating it to others in her vicinity at their office while I'm still on the line and obviously can hear everything. They then went back and forth among themselves about what they should do. "Should we tell them to go back?" and in what sounded like an attempt to be unhelpful due to my stern but accurate responses, instead I heard them say, "No, just tell her to reschedule for another pick up." Mind you the last pick up took over a month to schedule.

All I can say about that level of unprofessionalism is how dare you?Absolutely appalling and discourteous.

I got off of the phone and called again asking to speak to a different rep or supervisor. I was transferred to another donation rep (male) who heard what took place and was incredibly helpful. He reassigned my pick-up to another truck in the vicinity. It took far less time and energy to have someone listen and attempt to resolve the issue. What a difference from the call earlier with a rep unfit to be employed.

Look into who you have hired, ensuring it isn't at the expense of those donating.

The Salvation Army USA bell ringer

Thank you so much salvation army for firing me out of nowhere right before christmas. I just met the lieutenant of the camden kroc (New jersey) that I bell ring for and everything seemed fine. I've been telling them multiple times that the location has been very slow with donations at the beginning of each week.. Instead of coming up with a solution, like moving me to a different location thats busier, or actually bringing their lazy butts outside in the cold to see why its so slow, or not having me work the slow days (Mon and tues), they tell me last minute not to come back right before my shift because I didn't make their greedy butts enough money yesterday. Wow, talk about a greedy heartless company... No wonder your donations are down 50% this year... Maybe because you treat your workers like crap. Now I will never donate another penny to this company and I will let others know also

The Salvation Army USA handling of donated items

I went to Salvation Army to donate some notebooks that had been used as photo albums. They were in excellent shape and even had a photo album pages and clear sleeves so they would be ready to use. I had carefully boxed them all so that they would store well.
I asked the gentleman at the drop off location if he thought this was something that they would be interested in reusing. He seem to think so and took three boxes of the albums over to a very large cardboard box and proceeded to dump the notebooks into the large cardboard box. Im quite sure this will ruin them.
I don't understand why one would take a donation that was in good shape, then dump it into a big box where it's going to get smashed with other things that are going to get dumped in, likely decreasing their value as well.
I've donated to Salvation Army for years, my grandmother always said it was good charity and not as profit driven as others. But this may be my last donation as it bothers me that they don't take care of donations so that the receiver of the item will get an item in good shape.

The Salvation Army USA brenda store manager, 5152 wade hampton blvd taylors sc

Today is December 11th. I could describe the incident today or any other when I go in there when I have contact with the manager there Brenda, I go in regularly to the store and today like no other I dread seeing her in there.
I have found Brenda to be unhelpful, passive aggressive, obstinate, slow and mean . How? General attitude she walks around the store so slow, she seems sickly, she never smiles or greets customers. Brenda will do anything not to meet your needs, to provide obstruction to purchases in her passive aggressive behavior by saying she will have items on the shop floor and not doing it. I have found myself going back and forth from home to the store when she has told me to when stock will be priced and for purchase. When she is not on the shop floor she sits in the back office, she only seems to appear when she leaves the shop for errands as this morning, she was nowhere to be found (I was informed by the assistant she had just popped out and would be back) when she did turn up 20 minutes later, she said 2 items of furniture I happen to notice would be priced and on the floor and to come back at lunchtime only to find they are not. I expected this I am not surprised. That is how bad she is I have learned to be somehow slighted in some passive aggressive manner by her every single time I go into the store. I believe she needs some training in customer service. She is in no way management material. The store stinks of cigarette smoke more often than not, I mean stinks, they smoke in the back room at the door and it blows into the store, it is foul.
That is all thank you.
