I sent in a reformation x thredup clean-out kit which was processed on March 27, 2023. The site says that payout can take up to 75-90 days. On the 86th day, I emailed ThredUp looking for an update on when I could expect payment and was told payment had been pushed through and would be sent by the end of the week. By that Saturday, no payment had been made so I contacted Reformation to inquire. Reformation informed me that they were working on the issue and had to contact their team at ThredUp. I have messaged Reformation every day since then (it’s now been six days of this) and I receive the same general deflective answer: we’ll contact you as soon as we have an update. I want some answers. Why is it that when I contacted ThredUp about this issue, I received an email in a few hours, but when Reformation is supposedly contacting them, six days go by and still no reply? It appears that Reformation has either failed to actually contact ThredUp, or they simply lack the requisite skill and ability to perform their end of the contract. Today marks the seventh consecutive day that payment has been due and Reformation has been in breach of contract. Sadly, this is the second ThredUp kit that I have sent and later had issues getting payment out. 75-90 days for a payout is already ridiculous, but then I am forced to email both parties to ensure payment is made to me AFTER the due date? Reformation’s incompetence and general lack of respect for its customers is frustrating and, quite frankly, embarrassing.

Desired outcome: Not only do I want my payout, I also want Reformation to figure out a way to make these payouts on time so that I don’t have to keep reminding them to do their job.
