I purchase total of 16 items from the Reformation amounting up to 3333.51 dollars.

reformation shipped the package using fedex smartpost and upon receiving the package I noticed the front of the box tape and back of the box tape color is different. also it was really lightweight so I went into fedex website and found out that package was only 1 pound upon delivery. I contacted reformation customer service and they refused to refund me for missing items despite having definite proof that items weren't shipped in full.

Desired outcome: refund back to original payment method for missing items

I am trying to return an order from last week from the EU but reformation will not respond to my emails. I have sent them five emails within the past five days and NO RESPONSE

I received the order on the 01.09 so I still have time to return it but it reaching close to the 14 day limit please somone help me
