We went to the cracker barrel in Halfmoon NY tonight.
They were busy and we were patiently waiting to even find out who ore waitress was after being seated.
After 15min a table next to use was seated and the waitress told them she would be right with them. Few minutes later she went to take their drink order.
We are still sitting there with menus down no drinks and no service.
My spouse asked me if I wanted to go someplace that would serve us I said yes and we got up.
Then the waitress apologized but it was too late.
Also informed hotels on way out but I don't anything will change
