The Brick review: Their error, no accountability

Purchased a queen mattress and split box spring (2 pieces). When delivered, 1 of the 2 piece of the box spring was delivered. The CSR has no authority to return. She did try to tell me I only bought 1 piece and would need to purchase the second piece. I asked why would it be sold as a "queen box spring then?" After 3 hours of calling back several times because they continued to say "a supervisor will call me to discuss options", this did not happen. I sent an email detailing the failure to deliver with pictures per the CSR request. I called an hour after the email stating they were just about to reach out to me. They will pickup on 6/11/2026. 6/11/2026 no call (6/10 or 6/11), but allegedly they attempted to pickup 8:51 AM EST. I did send an email for clarification since no one is available to answer the phone till 10:00 am. Somone was home and no calls on the caller ID or a knock on the door. Still no refund. A supervisor should be calling me...nothing so far. Rescheduled again 6/14/2026. The Brick has failed over and over regarding a delivery error on their part.
