I bought the machine in August 2025. Since then i have had a repairman come over 3 times including to change a part. This is a new machine. i did 2 loads today and the second load once again got stuck on the rinse cycle for 30 minutes until i turned it off. I am so fed up. The store is Kirkland near the 40 on ST Charles Blvd, Pierrefonds. This is my first time ever having to put in a complaint. Hoping you take this seriously
