The Brick review: Delivery and technical issues

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a furniture company. I purchased a sectional sofa, and the process was extremely frustrating from start to finish.

They delivered the wrong piece twice. On the third attempt, they finally brought the correct piece, but it had a technical defect.

Multiple delivery mistakes and then receiving a defective product show a serious lack of quality control and coordination. I expected much better service and reliability, especially for a major purchase like this.

Very disappointing experience overall.
