Woodforest National Bank review: The treatment, disrespect, discrimination refusal to be given service by the Teller Hazel 03.31.25

Upon arriving at the Woodforest National Bank 4424 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC Branch 0814… I arrived at the branch around 1:55pm on Monday 03.31.25 to make a deposit into my account. Upon entering the bank, all windows were open; so I stopped to the first Window and teller and it was were the counter was a little lower than the rest of the counter space. This happened to be were Woodforest Teller by the named of Hazel was sitting. I gave her my money and bank card; and Hazel asked for me to move over, since this area was for those who are handicapped. I was offended and highly disrespected in addition to being discriminated against by her judging me based on outer appearances and me not being in a wheelchair or having a walker or cane to depend on. Know that I DID NOT APPRECIATE IN ANY WAY OR FORM THE TREATMENT IN WHICH HAZEL displayed, treated me and carried out in her actions upon my arrival. But some health conditions you do not see and is not obvious. Like the fact that I h..., and Barbara - each one of these employees have ALWAYS GIVEN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE.) Because of the Tellers like Jay, Devon and the other two ladies who have all given me GREAT customer service. Is the reasons why I visit this branch out of ALL the branches that are in the area to chose from for my financial transactions and business. I have to say; having been the Assistant General Manager for the Starwood, Hilton and Marriot Hotels; having an employee who was this disrespectful; discriminated and refused to assist a hotel guest would not have been tolerated and she would have been released of her position and job immediately. For this is revealing if she treated (ME) one customer in this manner; how many more customers has she treated with this disrespect, bad treatment, and discrimination against before me? For know if a employed treated one customer, they have done the same thing to others before; they just were not caught. Highly Upset and NOT PLEASED AT ALL...
