San Benito Texas

Would not return an overdraft charge that was due to a hack stealing our card number. Went to the local branch and manager assured the funds would be returned the next day, didn't happen. Also while clients were waiting for help, Retail Representative was flirting with female staff, laughing and giggling, then he looked up after 4 minutes and called the next person. This was at San Benito Texas Branch.

Desired outcome: Better customer service
