Taylor Morrison review: Too many issues for too much money

We purchased a new build in the Headwaters at Loften Creek Development in April of this year. For anyone who is in the purchasing cycle and have not closed, I strongly suggest that when it comes to filling out the surveys give them all bad ratings. They have you complete the surveys before you move into the house and before you can even determine what (not if) issues you will encounter. We have been here for about 4 months and now any issue we uncover we are told it is not covered under the warranty. For a house we paid over half a million dollars, we should not be having this many issues.

Recommendation: Give them bad ratings on the surveys you must complete at closing.
