On August 20, 2026 I put a deposit of $10,000 down to purchase a new home at the Waterstone Community in Groveland, Florida, I'm a disabled Veteran and I was unable to get a mortgage. I asked for my deposit back and they refused to give it to me. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. I have made numerous attempts to get a refund but they refused. They once were a reputable company, not so anymore.
