So I explored their website and without submitting the final form got signed up with them. Their phone arrived super quick. So decided to roll with it as it's Lifeline. There's no info on how to access voice mail in the package or on their website. Repeated calls & website forms to customer service go unanswered. 2 hours on hold and over a week via the webform. Filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and going back to Assurance Wireless.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs! Go with Assurance Wireless
