Taco Cabana review: Terrible unfriendly personal

I stopped by the location in San Antonio, TX in Stone Oak Pkwy on 5/17/2023 to have dinner.

I came in, order my food, and paid with my "Reward Points". As soon as the rewards were accepted by the system a "Short Fat Woman" with broken English and full of Tattoos came to the front and said: "That's why we don't like that, eat your food and get out of here". I told her I was going to report the incident to Corporate and NEVER coming back. Her immediate response was: "I really don't care".

I ordered a Cabana bowl that was cold, no beans and only rice, that I had to put it in the trash can.
