Taco Cabanacustomer service and competency

We visited the LONGVIEW Texas store yesterday. I ordered 6 flautist with guacamole as my two included sauces. I had to argue with the trainee and the store manager that I should not be charged. My receipt said tent table # 10 but my actual table tent was #18. After about 25 minutes, I got my 6 flautist but my husbands dinner did not come for another 20 min and only after I confronted the checkout. She asked me if he had soft or hard tacos. We were the only couple in the restaurant. A small family already had their order. There was a car waiting for food in the drive thru and finally got their food after our order. When we were leaving, we saw the drive thru customers abandoning their long wait. Used to be one of our favorites and with taco Buenos closing, you would think TC would step it up. I am not sure, your staff in the Longview TX store even knows the difference between tacos, flautist, or any of the other menu offerings. Furthermore there was salsa all over the napkin dispenser so you could not get a clean napkin. The service salsa bar was filthy-we won't be back to the Longview location. Laurie ONeal
