unethical behaviour
On 7/14/2017 at the Taco Bell off of 135 and Antioch at 10:30 pm the Manager Jennifer was very rude and verbally abusive during time of service and during a phone call when I made a complaint. I ordered 2 bags of Cinnamon and instead she gave me 1 bag with 2 in it. During the order process she had a bad tone and made impolite remarks . She didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for one and when I arrived home I called back to try to correct the order. She was very rude on the phone and never apologized but was hostile and repeating the whole situation ranting for over 2 minutes non stop saying I was wrong and she was right and that since she was the manager there was nobody else I could speak to about the situation and that " it's just cinnabons its not a big deal". I would like a report written and my friends and family will not be going to that establishment until she no longer works there.

Today is 7/13/17. I was at Gilbertsville taco Bell on E Philadelphia Ave. It was around 10:15. My brother and I were pulling into taco Bell and I saw a worker there around 20 run to the door excitely and it seemed that he was yelling something to the workers in back. I ordered the same thing I do every time 2 chicken Chipotle grillers. And I ordered a bean burrito this time. I go nearly everyday and I love taco Bell. I order the same grillers Everytime. I know what they should be like and I don't know if those guys thought they were being cute or funny but those smart** guys FILLED both grillers full of sour cream and there was NO Chipotle sauce. I paid 5.37 and I wasted my money. It is pathetic for a business to have these type of employees. They ruined my night and I only ask that you respond to me. Email heid.[protected]@gmail.com. Listen I go to taco Bell all the time I'm a huge fan and this really ruined it all for me. You guys are great and these punks are ruining your good name. mistakes, missing parts of order, and rude corporate phone call
We recently stopped at the Wickliffe Ohio Taco Bell around 3:30 on 7/13. The guy at the cash register was great and helpful. However when our order came out, half of what we ordered, we never received... And half of what we DID receive was wrong! We were missing 2 nachos and 1 steak quesarito and 1 chicken quesarito and an entire double chalupa box other than the drink! We had two random things that we aren't even sure what they were, marked as beefy nacho that we didn't order. (They were not beefy nacho.) The only thing that was correct was the 2 loaded potato grillers, and 2 drinks. So they made the rest of our order which the wonderful guy at the cash register fixed for us and read back to me making sure it was correct. The double chalupa was to have no sour cream, and that replaces with spicy ranch. They then gave us the rest of our order with the double chalupa having sour cream and spicy ranch and no back cheese. So, back in we went, and the manager then tried to argue that there was no sour cream. So after the 3rd time, they made it with no sour cream and STILL forgot the nacho cheese. We were to tired to go back in a 4th time. So I called the corporate number. Which ended up in me hanging up on the woman because she kept talking over me the entire time I tried to talk and rudely shutting me down when I tried to explain the situation to her. I've never been so disappointed in taco bell as a whole.
accused of counterfeit money/ humiliated in the drive up
I entered the drive up window of taco bell#022221 on june 30th, 2017. Order#391950, placed my order.. Arrived at the window, I handed cashier a $100 dollar bill, he replied "let me get change"... I then saw a women come to the window and look at me, pointed another kid looked and pointed.. A different kid pointed and another lady looked at me. Finally a guy opened the window, and asked me if I was the lady with the $100 bill. I replied yes, he just the window. And aprox 3 other people came to the window pointed and looked, by now the customers in the lines inside were looking at me at the drive up, talking. After about 10 minutes, and a line of about 7 to 10 cars behind me, all with windows rolled down. The manager elizabeth opened the window, with about 4 people behind her, and told me she could not take this $100 bill, because her machine could not verify it was real, she thinks it may be counterfeit, she threatened to comfiscate it. I told her she better call authorities, that this was defamation of character, and she was accusing me of this in front of the people at drive thru, and customers inside, as well as all the employees, that were now standing there listening and staring. I advised her I am a local business owner and she will not take my money, I then took it our of her hand. I still have the $100 bill in my possession, and it is not fake, I do not appreciate being accused. This is defamation of charactor. This needs to be addressed and taken care of. Unable to call.. Both number for complaints are not correct

This happened to my mom at a gas station, it wasn't a hundred dollar bill though (I think it was a 20 or a 50, cant recall for sure). The guy claimed that the bills serial number was the wrong color or something odd like that. They didn't accuse her of knowing that it was not real, but they KEPT the bill. My mom didn't put up much of a fight because she was really suprised and confused. The money she used was actually from a birthday card her father gave her. She told him about it, and he told her that he had gotten that money from the bank directly, and that he highly doubted a fake bill would of been distributed by a bank. I am convinced it was simply an older bill or that the kid working at the gas station pocketed her money.
It is ridiculous that they reacted the way they did to you. Nobody from taco bell will see this complaint, so I would contact corporate and also bring the $100 bill into the bank and have them check it out.
rude management
I work third shift and was coming by the Taco Bell location near me when it start to rain, I knew the store opened at 7 so I thought I would stop in and grab something to eat and wait inside for my ride. there was a pickup in the drive-thru being served so I knew they were open, the door was locked however (I've worked fast food before, I realize you can miss unlocking the lobby doors by a few mins, no big deal) I went to the window and made eye contact with the lady who was at the drive thru window, she made some face and went back to the prep line, which is fine, Again, I've worked food service, i figured she was finishing the drive thru order. I walk to wait at the front door and still nothing after a few minutes of waiting (truck is long gone at this point) after seeing the manager again she made another face and looked annoyed, leaving to the back out of view. At this point my cab is almost here and I don't even want to order anything from someone who is visibly perturbed with my presence. At 7:15 the door finally opens as she comes out to berate me about some trash that was sitting around the parking lot and front door. It is not my responsibility to keep your lot clean and I don't appreciate being berated over trash I could have in no way contributed to as I hadn't even been inside yet. I am saddened I no longer feel welcome at this establishment, I've been living in this town for 28 years and eating at this location for damn near 20 of them
I ordered a chalupa box. when I got home and opened the box, there was no meat in the chalupa.
The date of service was July 12, 2017. The time was 12:54:47. The order number is 385942. The Taco Bell number is 029667.The address and number of the Taco Bell is 2525 N. Lindbergh Blvd, Florissant Mo. 63033, [protected]). I don't usually complain but that was ridiculus. No meat what so ever. Just lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. If I didn't have so far to drive back, I would have. That's what I get for not looking at my order before I pulled off. The amount came to $10. 84 because I ordered two and they were both the same way. I would love to get a refund because I didn't get my moneys worth. I really like the tacos at Taco Bell and never have encountered a problem like this. Thank you

It was in the morning. The food and service.was terrible. We talked to the manager and even they didnt do anything. The food was tasteless and terrible. We would never go back to that place again. We ordered nachos and cheese and it had like 5 nachos and little bit of cheese (not enough even for a little kid) mexican pizza was tasteless amd terrible, the service was terrible, manager wasnt helpful at all, there was noth8ng stocked at all outside. The manager had cigerrete pack sticking out in the front pocket. This isnt good at all. We.are very dissatisfied and the service was absolutely reckless and terrible.

Not only does the staff here leave you sit waiting for service..then again for your food on average 30 minutes and as much as well over an hour inside or in drive thru...but they are rude to most customers and they have friends coming in hanging out whom they serve free food before everyone else then to top it all off this last visit into the lobby we walk in and workers are smoking weed with there friends in the restaurant sitting at a table..the lobby didn't have any customer's before we walked in then another couple came in right behind us and immediately it was apparent the smell filled the place ...we have complained to management so many times about everything that's happened in there and absolutely nothing is ever done...so I am giving this 1 last try if something isn't done at this location i am turning all information over to the health inspectors and the law enforcement and our local turn to 2 news investigation team..this place is a joke and is harbouring drug users that are doing drugs right in the restaurant where families come to eat

What I ordered: 1 Mexican pizza. 3 soft taco Supremes without lettuce because my father is allergic to lettuce. 1 nacho bell grande. 2 cinnamon twists. Came out to $15.47.
What I got: Mexican pizza (fine), nacho bell grande (fine), 4 soft regular tacos with lettuce, no cinnamon twists. I paid $15.47 for probably much cheaper than what I ordered. It wasn't the cashier's fault because everything was correct on the screen. The cashier was giggling over her headseat saying the kitchen crew is telling her pickup lines. I didn't hear one serious word come out of anyone's mouth. Seriously?

I do not eat meat, and ordered potato soft taco, black bean burrito, and a cheese quesadilla. I did not receive my taco or burrito. I don't eat meat. This upsets me to the fullest! My husband will benefit from the other things in my bag, but it's not what I ordered or wanted. This was after the order was read back to me... Spicy tostada add sour cream, black bean burrito, and a cheese quesadilla. My husband has three meat dishes to eat and I have essentially nothing. I'll not go back again, although it was a staple. Ugh!
worst service ever - 406 s thompson st, springdale, ar
7/9/2017, 8:35 a.m. This Taco Bell is close to my house and I've given them so many chances. If you do get a chance to place your order, you had best check it because most likely it will not all be there. Today, for the 2nd time, I didn't even get to place an order. At the drive thru I was greeted and then they never got back to me. When I do get to order and get my order it is never all there. I've never complained until now because I don't want to get someone who makes min. wage in any trouble, but this is frustrating. When I go there I never know if I'm going to have to just drive away because I'm being ignored. The guy this morning acted like he would take my order and then never got back to me. I was the only customer there too. The worst service ever at a Taco Bell.

Tonight 07/08/2017 at 9:45 pm east time I went to taco bell located at 1199 Berkshire blvd Wyomissing PA 19610 and I was at the drive true and was looking at the big menu to order food for me and my family and we was not ready to order yet so I courtesy ask the person on the phone for more time because we was reading the menu and he said the he can't wait because they have a timer of 30 seconds and it's really takes more then three minutes to go over the huge selection of food that they have and was for a family of 6 so it was a big order and the employee keeps telling me to hurry up because the time and respond him the we was not ready yet and he said the he can't take my order and I went inside the store and ask for the manager and explain the situation and the manager tells me the if don't like to go across the street to burguer king and I ask the manager for his name and he answer "Andy" and I ask him to give me information of his superior supervisor and said the he is the big boss. My family and I are very upset with this situation.
dogs in the restaurant

This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that there have been dogs in the restaurant. Eating off table and chairs. They said they have dogs in there almost every hour of the day. Health Department will be notified. If they had an area for dogs that might be one thing but to eat where people eat..NO NO. Manager said the tables & chairs are wiped down every half hour or if they have time. Table was wiped with a dirty rag and never the side of the table nor the chair where the dogs tongue was all over. Sad to say until you have a designated area for pets I will continue to post on Facebook & pictures from now on. I might not be eating there but I will be there for picture taking. Last Saturday one of the workers in the back wanted the man to leave the dog with her. You need to have an area for people with their dogs. Some people are afraid of dogs no matter the size. double chalupa box
When I ordered my Double Chalupa Box I was told it is 6.99 plus tax. I said the commercial says it's 5 bucks, the employee said no it is 6.99. I went ahead and ordered it anyways. While I was eating my meal the commercial came on and simply stated it was 5 dollars. Now I know 2 bucks isn't a lot but that is false advertisement. Please tell me why I was overcharged!
Same happened to me ...false advertising, false food...I'll give Ronald McDonald my money for soy burgers instead...Atleast they hold true to their advertising...
system down
Every single Friday and Saturday around 2 am. I am told the system is down.. I highly doubt that when most of the employees are standing out side smokin every time. This is at the western hills location in Cincinnati ohio. It gets really old. Why say on the sign open til 3 or later and it never is on Fridays and saturdays.. sounds like they don't wanna deal with the bar rush to me.
drive thru service
went to taco bell on seneca in wichita ks and was treated like trash, was walking me and my niece and we wanted some taco bell. The gentleman at the window was very rude about the situation he said he had to ask the manager if he can take my order I said why we don't have anything I stepback here and let you take my order the manager came to the window and said we are not taking orders that way very rude really I think it was very unprofessional the way she treated me and my niece I have went there many times driving and seeing people walking they getting their orders and there wasn't treated the way we was I mean like was because we were black and I told him that we didn't have anything I will stand back here and let you take my order and the lady at the drive-thru then Kayla said we're not taking orders that way so I asked her I called back and I asked her what was her name in the gentleman's name at the window she said I will give you my name and another manager's name I forgot the manager's name but I believe that I was treated poorly never will again the employees there are very rude managers there doesn't have any customer service skills so why are they even working in a customer service restaurant that's okay because Pizza Hunt took care of the problem it was 12 and I asked them if they can order because how I was treated how was treated at your establishment I will be posting on Facebook never to eat at Taco Bell on Seneca in Wichita Kansas if you want to be treated like dirt I think there are very unprofessional there
burrito supreme

I've been a customer with you for most of my life. I'm 55.
I just went through the drive thru at our local Taco Bell and believe me, I understand that things happen and have understood in the past. This time I feel the need to complain as this branch has been going down hill for a while. I go to the Burien, WA. branch.
I bought 3 crispy tacos and 2 burrito Supremes'.
First off the tacos were soft. I don't like soft tacos. Then I go to eat my burrito and it worse than any plain bean burrito. It was as flat as a pancake with nothing supreme about it. Like I said, I understand that things happen and let it go. I don't feel like I should have to take the time in my car to check each item to make sure it's correct when I just agreed that it was correct on the screen at the drive thru. The fact that it was just under $13 for practically nothing (flour & beans) is what I'm having a problem with.
I really hope that this isn't the beginning of the end of the only fast food place that I go to. I usually cook and fine dine but I love my Taco Bell. I'm very disappointed after all these years.

gave me the wrong order
I was at the taco bell in edgewater Colorado I went to the drive thru and had today wait about 7 minutes before that took my order and kept telling the guy at the drive thru hello he told me that he would be with me in Just a minute well 3 minutes went by and still no response from him in the drive thru I said hello 1 more time and he answered back and said I Will be with u and when he finally took my order I ordered 4 crunchy tacos and 1 beef burrito supreme and when I got home I opened up 1 taco and it was the wrong order and by the time I drove back to taco bell thay were closed and I got stuck with someone else's order wasn't to happy with there service the time of the order was at 9:05pm and the order number on the ticket was 366117 and the cashiers name was Anthony r he also had a smirk on his face like it was funny.

Hi,
I am Vegan and and I have went to Taco Bell several times and ordered my items with no beef, no cheese, and no sour cream. I asked to substitute the meat for Spanish rice. I understand that the employees do not like that, obviously, but I just had neck surgery and Taco Bell is the closest fast food restaurant to my house. I am not supposed to be driving Either.
Your employee named Mike that works the day shift came out and asked me if I had ever had a bacon cheeseburger... I was very upset to hear that.
Tonight I went there to order a soft taco supreme with no beef. I got home and there was beef on it, as usual.
I didn't take it back because it's after 11:00 p.m. and I don't feel like driving this late, So I threw it away as I always do. Just so that Taco Bell is aware, there are many Vegans in this world, and if you can't accommodate the simple specifics that we are requesting, then I am Done with Taco Bell.
I am in the retail business myself, and as we all know the customer comes First.
I would just ask to please talk to your team about this, As I don't want any other Vegan to have to go through what I have gone through.
Especially with the Harsh remarks from your staff, teasing me about my Vegan lifestyle.
Please have someone get back-to me about this unfortunate matter.

nacho bell grande
Asked for no tomato, no beans, asked that the meat and cheese be separate from chips. I received maybe bites of meat and cheese together. Also overheard someone through the microphone say they're asking for too much. Got to the window asked for sauce and didn't receive any. Also asked for cheesy potatoes and didn't receive any forks. I'm sure I'm not supposed to eat them with my hands. Rude seevice
