I used to have Auto Pay for around 70 dollars monthly payment to pay several thousand dollars of store purchase with zero interest.
Since my bank account number was changed, the Auto Pay got disabled temporarily. They charged $2 for that. So, I explained it to them and paid all the purchase amount so that I do not get late fee charged. This Synchrony Bank continuously charging the late fee every month well after I already paid it off. Synchrony is a Bad company. They live out of charging innocent customer for all kinds of fees they can create out of any excuses. Stop applying for their Zero Interest Store card. That's not zero interest. They even continue to charge late fees after paying all ahead of time. That's ridiculous.

Claimed loss: $6

Desired outcome: Stop charging late fees after paying all the rest of purchase amount.It's supposed to be Zero Interest.
