I had a Synchrony bank Amazon card. Someone hacked my card by changing my address 6 times. I found out when I got an email from Synchrony saying they received my change of address. I never knew about the thousands of dollars charged on my card because I had a zero balance. Synchrony has no protection or security guarding my account and allowed this to happen. Those hackers also managed to get into my checking account using a company called Amazon Corp SYF which is Synchrony Financial. They wiped out all my retirement savings of almost $43,000. Synchrony bank refuses to take responsibility even though they pretty much left the door to my account open letting this happen. They also make broken promises where they promised 3 times to send me a check for the amount taken from me.

Claimed loss: $42,835.82 the amount taken out of my checking account over the course of 6 months.

Desired outcome: Refund all $42,835.82 fraudulently taken from me. Synchrony bank allowed it to happen and never stopped hackers from changing my address Please refund.
