Synchrony Bank review: Unecessary fees rip off oriented

They would not adjust my due date on new solicited credit card. Problem I needed to have a date after 20th when my one income check comes in. They just flat out refused! I had paid for all my purchases but was stuck with the unnecessary fees every month,that is what created and caused my cycling problem every month. Them not wanting to help adjust my due date would have quickly eliminated this and I would still have that credit card.There are some inhumane, unsympathetic, cold hearted people at the top. After of several months of calls and reps refusing to help but quick to pass the buck. I got a rep that seen this before. This one rep that realized my problem,understood and was heavenly sympathetic and wanted to help. She explained my situation to an acct manager with a heart of gold and when I spoke with him he understood and finally got problem solved.

Recommendation: No problem with the bank as long as you stay on top of things like did and not take any CRAP off of them!
