I unfortunately have 4 or 5 credit cards through synchrony bank, at 1st I had no issues with them until recently, I have a Pay pal world Mastercard through them I’ve had the card since 2016 never missed a payment even paid more than the minimum amount due I had used the card as well and my credit score was 760 well until synchrony bank lowered my credit line from $15,000 down to $1,690.00 with no warning or letter stating they were going to do so causing my credit rating score to drop 29 points, when you call them they are no help they sent me an electronic letter which made no sense as I have income, I paid my bills on time I have 100% on time payment history stemming 18 years straight, I already got on a hold of the BBB and filed a complaint as well as the ftcc after reading complaints on other sites I realized I’m not alone in this and hope they file a class action lawsuit against synchrony bank because their business practices are very questionable when they are financially hurting valued customers when pulling crap like this. I’m going to pay off all my account's that are affiliated with synchrony bank and close them !

Recommendation: Stay away from any store that uses synchronony bank
