Featured review

They change the login page every 3 to 6 months and tell you your credentials are invalid so you can't log in. When you go to reset your password, they tell you your SSN and DOB are wrong (mine has never changed, has yours?) I have dealt with them doing this habitually. The only logical conclusion to draw is that they are trying to make it difficult to log in and pay so as to collect interest and late fees.
