On July 30, 2025 I call customer care to resolve being charged late fees on my card. The first call I spoke with a representative to change payment due date to the end of the month base on when I receive my pay. My request was approve over the phone to change the pay date to the 3rd of the in May 2025. Instead someone other than me changed the date the 28th. So I was told when on the second time I could not correct their mistake because you could only make changes every 12 months. I was told that I would be required to pay late fee because they could not override the mistake. I was told by the supervisor I would have to continue to pay late fees cause he could override the systemn.

Claimed loss: Late Fee of $43.00 per month for a period of one year.

Desired outcome: I would like the date change made be as requested so that I could avoid the late fees.
