Swagbucks review: This would be a 5 if they had customer service.

I tried to download animals and coins, and the app says to keep playing, and to make a help ticket. I made 1, and was told to make another one. I then went to make another one, and was suspended from making help tickets for reasons unknown. Not blocked from the site, only help tickets. I have tried to get a hold of anyone since August with no replies until I left a review on google play. For the game it says on google play that they don't forward your progress, and have spent more money on the games, than the rewards I've received.

I then started 2 more games that were picked up my progress, but because of the things needed to track my progress, a glitch happened to my phone where my notifications page would come on screen and disappear over and over again.

I then had to reset my phone, and lost my progress, but was able to continue the games. Problem is I can't make help tickets with my proof of completion.

I did what they told me to, and still have had no contact from the company. I feel like a dummy for wasting money to move up in the games, which is more than I should get back. If they fix this issue, the APP is a 5, but I do not see that happening.
