hello virgin gaming is a complete scam...whenever you need help you can send 15 emails and still fail to get a single response to them. but when they wanna block
your account they can answer faster than ever...my account was also blocked for loopholes on their site and their lack of knowledge my experience with them has been a complete joke and they have a guy named Ben even acting childish in the other end making t even more difficult to deal
with them...I was playing an opponent in overtime about to win my opponent clearly dissconects me and I send a video of evidenceike were supposed to do stating my opponents name and everything at this point on the computer it
still said waiting for match results like VG servers never read
the match so I send them
the video and just go back to the lobby and play the guy in the match again and I lose then 2 days later my account is blocked and I ask them why they said I filed false match results so I presumed to tell him no I was re sending a video in which you failed to even respond to me about ...a guy named of Benjamin does not want to hear it and I tell him him he's so unprofessional and not my fault his 2k servers didn't read the first match...this guy Benjamin has the nerve to email me back saying my suspension has increased to 30 days and if I would like to try to continue to get the win for the match then he would Improve his professionalism while lengthening my
suspension...it's like I'm
literally talking to a smart mouth teenage kid
this site and their employee Benjamin are a complete scam and joke!

    Virgin gaming say that they take up to 96 hours to transfer your money into your paypal etc after you've made the withdrawel. that is 4 days. I am soon going to be coming to the 6th day of waiting for my money that i rightfully earnt to be transferred to my Paypal. I have sent virgin gaming several emails, and no matter what i say in it, i have always got a reply of;

    Have they ever done something to sort it out? no of course not! they don't even have a telephone number to contact so it's not as if i can sort it out over the phone where i know i will get a reply!
    if i were to say anything after this, is avoid playing for money on virgin gaming, they aren't a scam but they are useless at giving you your money, unfortunately i doubt i will ever get my money, which is just short of $100.

      Virgin Gaming is a scam that takes your money. They claim that you deposit money and let you play opponents online in video games for money. I deposited $10 to give them a test run since I was skeptical. I played 2 games, went 1-1 and somehow I have a Zero balance. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, received a response but not a solution yet. I have proof that I went 1-1 in my 2 games, my record even says it!

      This is absolutely ridiculous, please do NOT deposit on Virgin Gaming, do yourself a favor.

        Hello. Im very disapointing with you service and im explaning why. You are blocking me or stealing me a lot of money.
        Lets start from the beginning… It’s a true fact that I have created 3 accounts and I allways admitted it. I created “Ramuz”, “aeioucaradecu” and “gordafeia” because sometimes i change my PS3 ID for gamer reasons (one every month). I never lied, I told the truth because I didn’t know that was a violation of the rules. But ok never had problems after that, we talked and the problem was solved. You blocked the 2 newest accounts and left me the primary main account open and I never did anything wrong after that. And never complained about it because i made i mistake yes and said i was sorry. This all hapened on 21/11/2012. Next, after that, I ask you to let my “gordafeia” account open instead of the “Ramuz” and you gave me the permission saying "ok, we swich the Ramuz account with gordafeia you can now use gordafeia". And you blocked Ramuz and open gordafeia, ok all fine. So I’ve been playing on the “gordafeia” account since that day (because its my actual laccount for everything, as I explained to you and you again said that was ok since I don’t have more than one account) and I played a lot and a lot on that account and as you can calculate I made money on that account. And now 5 days ago, my account gordafeia was blocked with all my money on it because... "im violating the rules(?!?!?!?)". Basiclly I violated a rule because you “told me I can violate”. And I have the proofs of you telling me I can use “gordafeia” account on the picture. And to finish I last want to say that I don’t mind use Ramuz, I don’t mind use the account that you wante me to use but please the fair thing you have to do is at least let me transfer the money off “gordafeia” to the account that you want me to use. Or simply let me take the money to paypal and than block it forever.

        SEND EMAILS LIKE THESE AND THEY ALLWAYS RESPOND "you are not allowed to created more than one account" and they only respond when i send 1999999 emails because they just dont f***** care! GOT MORE THAN 100$ STUCKED
