Swagbucks review: Not receving points during the email locked out

Couple of problems that I am deaf and hard of hearing (I wore hearing aid) on the smartphone, use landline better [protected] is landline phone, Turn up the telephone volume. If they can give me one gift card only (Your choice) for me on either Applebee's or Panera Bread would be great. I didn't know, it was on the apps. I cannot connect on the apps with my smartphone. I have been using the survey for about 5 years now. It time for a change that I don't want to do the survey. I am 67 years old. On my 2nd email locked out on September 25, 2024. I had to get my new email address to transfer my points. They won't transfer to get $20 dollars Applebee's or Panera Bread. Swagbucks won't transfer my points on the email locked out. I had 1,980 points, but now I only had 242 Points, Total should be 2,142 points by now. Poor businesses on Swagbucks get all the malfunction they want to get. When I get the gift card, I will quit with Swagbucks, If I don't my gift card soon. I don't care the problem on Swagbucks. I want to end with it.
