I am a disabled mother with a autistic child. I have worked very hard to get all of my swagbucks honestly. I tried to claim a gift card and my account says it's deactivated. If this has to do with receipts u only allow 12 recipients. It takes a week or more before I can do any more receipts. I don't understand why m account has been deactivated. I use the receipts thing a lot because I don't have time for surveys. I went to claim a gift card and it was deactivated
Desired outcome: I want my account back with my almost 12000 swagbucks back. I have been honest with since i started my swagbucks account. .
Deactivated
I have been deactivated for about a month now, and I have been trying to figure out why by sending tickets. No one has gotten back to me about this problem. Hopefully if they read this they can get back to me and explain why.
The first date is around February 12, 2023, I received an answer, but it was for something unrelated. I rewrote back, no answer. Tried to sign about three weeks later, submitted another ticket, no answer . Then I tried to sign in again today, March 22, 2023 and still it asks me to contact customer service.
Why was I deactivated? Will anyone ever get back to me? I’m getting frustrated to getting no response.

Completed an offer but was not given my swagbucks
I completed an offer of SoFi bank where you had to put $50 in investment, I put $40 in stocks and 13 in crypto but Swagbucks said it all had to be put on one single investment to get the points being offered. I explained that it was one investment account that had a diversified investments. I was not satisfied with their answer so I closed my account.

Worst app
I have had this happen numerous times too many to count. I sometimes participate in trying to get collectors bills I had did a swagbucks search in december when did collectors bills for christmas searches and had won 7 sb in the search but the claim button wouldnt work contacted customer support but they never responded then I did another search today that was worth 4 sb it happened again I will no longer be using there are too many other websites that I can earn gift cards swagbucks is no longer one of them
Account closure
I conducted surveys and other activities on Swagbucks and when I tried to redeem Swagbucks that I had earned, my account was deactivated. Customer service told me that my account was deactivated for noncompliance with their terms of use, but would not say what that behavior was. The response also stated that their decision was final, leaving no opportunity for me to challenge any assertions that I used their site contrary to their terms of use.
So convenient for them to deactivate my account after taking advantage of my participation on their site to the point where they owed me money. Swagbucks keeps the value of my participation/surveys, but then arbitrarily kicks me out when I request money owed to me.
Desired outcome: Paid for the gift card I requested and paid for Swagbucks I have legitimately earned.
Swagbucks
I have worked hard on reading surveys for two days. I have acquired enough points to obtain a reward. So, I chose a gift card and when I went to claim the reward, it requested I put in this verification pin sent to my phone number. The pin didn't work, so I clicked resend. It was also invalid. I tried again and it will not even send me a pin. I reached out for customer service and no response!
Swagbucks.
I have started many surveys and spent several minuted answering questions and then an error page comes up and no points were awarded. I have even got to the finish page and this has happened. I have decided to complain this time because it is happening much more frequently and is very unfair.
I have tried to report it through the Swagbucks app but it won't let me upload a photo and won't take my report unless all fields are completed. Very frustrating.
Desired outcome: Please award me all the points I am owed.
Not receiving my Swagbuck credits
I have TWO complaints. One, I did a survey in August withe understanding I would get my point around September 9th or so. To this date, I have not received my Swagbucks. I have filed complaints to no avail.
Secondly, I had several items declined. The items I bought were on the list and I followed protocol.

Twitter user asked for my swagtag then asked for my account login
Hello, I was contacted on Twitter this evening, and asked was I a swagbuck user. I said yes, and was asked for my swagtag so she should donate. So thinking nothing of it gave it to her. Then she asked for my complete swagbuck login information showing me a screenshot of a 100$ payment ro her PayPal from swagbucks. I said nope takes awhile for payments to transfer its not immediately. I've got screenshots also. These screenshot are the direct messages to e on Twitter and of her profile on twitter.. you can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

My $10 paypal amount hasn't been credited yet.
I had recently redeemed my 1000 SB which was equivalent to $10 into my pay pal account. Accordingly I had received a notification on my registered email ID saying redeem your PayPal $10 which I proceeded as directed from that email notification. And the final status said "Your PayPal $10 has been automatically credited to your account accociated with the email below"
However days have been passed by I don't find a clue of it getting credited to my PayPal account. There're no trace of any latest credit history to my PayPal account.
Please kindly redit my $10 into my PayPal account that I recently redeemed.

The link of the peanut survey is not secure
So I'll just mention these 3 technical errors from your guys, firstly just before beginning a survey you guys promise to keep our personal data that you'll be collecting for both you and your clients saying that it will be safe and out of reach out the reach of the wrong hands. Secondly to my "surprise" after loading the page to doing the survey it says, "Not Secure" meaning that the site/s is not safe, and hackers are around the corner not to mention that personal data will be leased and abused on that internet or worse in person - IT"S NOT SAFE yet we were promised security. And now lastly since I'm based in South Africa can I get something South African content, please your surveys are too western for all those races you ask of us.
Desired outcome: it would be better for you guys to get safe and secure servers to avoid hackers accessing our personal data from y'all remember on the policy the was a clause stating that our personal data will be kept safe
Survey money
The account was verified through text message but still deactivated the account for no reason. Now they want state-issued picture id. Already tired of the spam emails that you get after signing up for their offers. I wasted hours to earn $5 and now don't want to pay. They can keep the account deactivated but pay the $5 that I made after spending 12 hours of work.
Desired outcome: Pay $5 (500 SB points) that I made after spending 12 hours of work.
Problems with Swagbucks sending me a code by phone to redeem points
I have never had a problem redeeming points until recently when Swagbucks insisted that they send a code to me by phone in order to redeem points. Other companies send a code right away but apparently Swagbucks takes a long time. I did not realize they had sent a code to me because I did not recognize their phone number. I kept trying to get a code and eventually realized that they had been sending codes to me that I didn't see. I tried one and it didn't work. Now that I have figured out how to get a code, they won't send me any more codes and now Swagbucks has shut me out from redeeming my points. If they had sent a code by email, I would never had had this problem. There is no way to contact Swagbucks customer service unless you have a "ticket number" but you can't get a ticket number because they won't let you contact them without a ticket number.
Desired outcome: I would like Swagbucks to lift the restriction on redeeming points and let me try again to get a code - and to send one to me, preferably by email, that works.
New demand for id and facial photos
They are now demanding your ID and a photo of your face taken by their facial recognition software, this is very bad...this information can be sold or hacked to track you when in stores or on the street anywhere that has surveillance cameras...this is just wrong, and they are holding people's money to force the issue... I will not comply. In this world we live in its not safe to put photos online let alone do something like this.
Desired outcome: we have verified our account in the past with postcards sent to our homes, with giving up our cell phone number, but to me this is way overboard especially with the photos of our faces...This is a safety issue and needs to stop

I was doing a survey and was logged out. I believe I'm banned. I can only assume I do surveys quickly. Which is a dumb rule. I accept that you guys are strict but I don't accept not gwtting paid what you owe for the hours I put in. So I ask that I be paid. Uf not there is a regulatory that governs you and Iwill complain that now the account isn't accessible I believe I'm entitled to proof that all data from me has been removed Surveys, profile, your data tracking, EVERYTHING. Pay me or I will pursue this. Locking people out and not even trying any communication or resolution? Sounds like a SCAM.

Swagbucks Blocked me from Earning
I redeemed and verified my gift card on the 3rd of December 2021 which the order number is [protected]. I tried to login to my account to check my order status but was unable to login, I sent a complaint ticket to support but was only replied with a bot message countless times.
I need my gift card code delivered to my email address and also probably to have access to my account, Thanks.

SB not received after completing such a long survey
I have not received my 60 SB. It was such a long survey and it is really disgusting to see not getting rewarded after working so hard. Pls send my SB to my account. I completed it within 20- 30 mins or so and then page came and showed "Thanks for participating in this survey. Your rewards will be credited shortly". But still it has not come. I have a feeling it will never come but pls credit it to my account.

Didn't pay advertised Swagbucks for Partner Bonus
On 05/25/21, I signed up for GoodRx thru Swagbucks for 20, 000 Swagbucks {"SB's") upon completion of required activities. I completed all activities but SB's refused to pay the 20k SB's saying they were "unable to find find a successful completion of the activity in their system" and tied to imply it was due to Ad Blockers which is untrue because I have those settings off. I provided proof I met all terms & they have refused to pay.

Surveys
I have been a member of this site for 8 years and they have started "Culling" people from Surveys. They see who is making money ie: I'm always on the Leaderboard for challenges. Then they stop you from doing surveys in all areas at once, saying you are in violation of terms. When you ask why, as you know you have not violated terms, they refuse to answer. I used to spend hours upon hours to make $1 a night. Yes, ONE dollar for more than 5 hours. If you have nothing to do it's great If you're busy like me, forget it
