I ordered 2 Supportive Pet Vests for my 2 dogs. This company is legitimate but has no idea what the right hand is doing from the left hand. I received 1 xs vest which is my chihuahua but I didn't receive my terrier's vest which wears a medium size. I have called and emailed this company numerous times about this and all I get are responding emails with the same tracking number. My mailbox is so small that there could not have been 2 vests in it because the postal carrier had to STUFF Oscar's vest into the box. I called again today and got the same information and I tried to explain to the agent further and he hung up on me.

Desired outcome: I want Maxine's vest - medium and I would like an apology for the inconvenience and aggrevation/stress this has caused and for the male agent who hung up on me (27 June 2022).
Aug 29, two days ago, I paid $99 for their services and I've yet to receive my docs or even talk to anyone about them. I just get put in an endless loop of contacting and calling but no one is ever on the other end. And we move into our new place in 2 days!
