I gotta say, I'm blown away by the customer service at VetRxDirect! I had a little mishap when I was ordering my Visbiome probiotic - I accidentally hit the wrong button. But when I called them up, they didn't give me any hassle or make me jump through hoops. Nope, they just said they'd send me an upgrade in one business day. Just like that! I was so relieved that they fixed the problem without any fuss.

And let me tell you, the package they sent me was something else. It arrived cold, which was amazing. And there were like three layers of temperature protection! I was like, "Woow!" Inside, there was even a tag with a thermometer that told me the temperature. And if the marker wasn't working right, they gave me instructions to contact them. That's some serious attention to detail!

This isn't the first time I've experienced delays with VetRxDirect. In fact, out of the five orders I've placed with them, there has been some sort of delay issue every time. It's frustrating because all of these delays could have been prevented if they just picked up the phone and called me, as I have requested at least three or four times.

It seems like I'm not the only one who has had issues with delays. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) shows similar complaints, along with their reluctance to make a phone call dating back three years. It begs the question, why haven't they fixed the problem?

In my opinion, these ongoing issues could be resolved by adding a simple step to their process. For example, they could ask the customer if they would rather be contacted by phone or email and adhere to their request. Additionally, if they haven't received a response to their email, phone call, or fax within 24 hours, they should call the customer.

These ongoing delays are not only frustrating but also putting our beloved pets at risk. As pet owners, we rely on these medications to keep our furry friends healthy and happy. It's time for VetRxDirect to step up and address these issues before it's too late.

So, I had to go to the vet to pick up some meds for my doggo today, but they were all out of the Visbiome probiotic that my baby needs to take with the antibiotic for the next 10 days. They told me to check out VetRx Direct, so I went online to order it up. But, turns out I missed the shipping deadline for the day and with the holiday coming up, I was worried I wouldn't get it in time. I started chatting with Kylie and she confirmed my fears - the soonest I could expect it with normal shipping was January 6th. Yikes!

Since it needs to be refrigerated, I had to pay for overnight shipping which cost me around $100. However, when I received the package, it was warm and had taken three days to arrive. I was devastated to find out that the whole bottle had to be thrown out.

When I called their customer service to report the issue, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response. They told me that their shipping department had sent it out two-day air for some reason, and that they don't usually make exceptions for such cases. However, they did agree to give me my money back, but only after insinuating that I was lying about the whole situation. I found their customer service to be disgusting and lacking in integrity.

I paid for overnight shipping, and I expected to receive the medication next day air chilled. I don't care what their website says, if I pay for a service, I expect it to be delivered as promised. My husband called the vet, and they told him that their fax was very unreliable. We were in a tough spot, but VetRxDirect was there to help. We started emailing back and forth, and I found out that the fax basically didn't work at the vet's office. I told VetRxDirect to call the main number to get the authorization, which they did.

Now, here's where VetRxDirect went above and beyond. We had paid for 2-3 business days shipping because we were about to run out of pills at home. But it was taking our vet so long to get the prescription authorized, so once VetRxDirect got the authorization, they shipped it next day delivery. This was a lifesaver for us, as we had given our dog the last capsule we had that morning. If not for VetRxDirect, our poor dog might not have made it to another day. The prescription medication regulates her heart rate, and she needs it to live.

This company is not recommended for pet owners who value good customer service. I recently had a terrible experience with VetRxDirect when I ordered medication for my pet. They were supposed to contact my vet for the prescription, but they contacted the wrong office because my vet has several locations under the same name. This caused a delay in my order, which was understandable. However, the real problem was that they never bothered to call or notify me until two days later via email. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.

I responded to the email with the correct fax number, but there were still more problems and no medication was shipped out. My vet called them and cleared up the confusion, but they still couldn't figure out the correct name to request the prescription under. This was ridiculous, but what made it worse was that I spoke to a manager who asked me about the two different names and I explained the bill to/ship to snafu. Despite this, two days later, no medication was sent out and they sent the request to my vet under the wrong name, AGAIN!

The lack of communication and inept customer service was unacceptable. Good customer service should have dictated a phone call from them when there was another problem, but I received no communication from VetRX. I had been ordering from this company for several years and through two dogs, and the bill to/ship to problem was never an issue for any of the 20+ orders in the past. Suddenly, I was receiving a stern talking to from the manager. This was frustrating and unnecessary.

I do not recommend using this company. There are competitors with comparable pricing that offer better customer service. Don't waste your time or chance your pet's well-being with this company. In the end, I would rather spend $10 more than put up with the aggravation I've gone through for the past week. My vet even warned me about this company, saying they have nothing but problems with them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
