purchased the Psychiatric Service Animal package through them in December of 2022. They mailed me my dogs service documents in January, and first of all, they printed that her IDs expired on 3/2022. Service animals are registered for life and should not have expiration dates on them, also, I’ve been emailing them/calling them since January to get my documents corrected, and they kept giving me the same answer “your concern is being reviewed and someone will contact you when the issue has been resolved.” It is now April, and I’ve received no update and no corrected documents. I took my business elsewhere because their customer service was Soo terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this unprofessionalism is inexcusable.

Ordered this March 25, got papers right away. Ordered the Vest Kit extra and they charged me twice...$67.00 TWICE! Called and emailed SEVERAL times and have been getting the run around for the last month and still NO VEST KIT, i finally called my Credit Card and got the SECOND CHARGE OF $67.00 REMOVED, but obviously paid interest on a charge they were not authorised to make! Now here it is a month later and still no VEST KIT, ID CARD OR ANYTHING ELSE I PAID EXTRA FOR! OH AND YES THEY TOOK ALL THEIR MONEY AND THEN SOME, WITHIN 30 MIN OR ORDERING! ONE OF THOSE TAKE YOU $$$ AND RUN COMPANIES? HMMM MAKES ME WONDER!

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM NOW (MAY 5TH, 2022)! They are taking orders and do not have the product to deliver. I sent back our vest for the dog that was extremely small on 3/29 requesting a new one and every week I am told they are still waiting on vest to come in...something about the truck drivers. The first delivery in February took 6 weeks because of truck drivers and supply problems but now this again. Not sure how a business can take orders from people without having the products to deliver but I am looking for a refund. Once the vests come in, I will purchase one. Today's cust service rep was fantastic but the company, that's another story.

I could not believe that I would be accepted. I suffer with a lot of health problems and I'm disabled. Having anxiety, panic attacks, depression and stress is really bad especially when you don't have any support. Thanks to Support pets now I am able to have my pets with me at all time and everywhere. My pets are my emotional support. When I am with them they keep me distracted from feeling alone or stress. Before this I was unable to get out my house much do to fear and being depress all the time. I hated leaving my pets behind I felt sad. Now I get to take them every where. I can't express how grateful I am for all the help I got from support pets.

Ive paid for products that I have yet to receive and none of my calls are returned. I send emails some they and some they dont their response to my emails is someone in management will be in touch with me in 24 hours but they never email me back. They put on their website application that you can register multiple dogs but dont tell you , that you have to pay for an additional vest. Ive talk to seven representatives with seven different answer they even said they will refund me back $25 that Ive yet to see in a month. They got me for almost $200 and Im a disabled senior on a fixed income.I have now Better Buisness involved!Shame on them to do this to an older woman!

Support Pets got my girl's ESA letters out immediately as the police were actively trying to take her away from me after a new ordinance was put into place. Even though I had her tagged in my city for two years prior. I was able to get her tagged with the letters. Now the physical items (tag, certificate, I.D. card, and vest) took a while to get with quite a few phone calls. I received everything I bought . I finally received the vest today. My dad has had more issues with getting than I did. We are still waiting on one more vest, but overall I am happy with the quality of the items. It just took three months to get everything. Customer service has always been helpful and professional when I call.

I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service, more like lack of customer service. Super shady. Charged me for my three pets, cancelled the ESA paperwork for two of the pets because it was under the same email address, told me they could refund me and to send an additional application in under a new email address. Did that. Card declined. I have money? Try a different browser. Oooookay. Did that. About 20 times. Had my mom try on a completely different computer and WiFi server. Declined. Had my mom try her credit card. Declined. Tried a different card. Declined. Waited until the next day. Declined. About 100 emails from them later advertising all kinds of unnecessary things, they tell me their system just won't let me purchase and basically to get over it. Cool, cool.

I ordered the package and the website allowed you to add items however you aren't able to go back and remove items on your own. Your forced to email them directly. In addition, They don't send you an itemized receipt showing what is being charged. Also, they processed the order without the system saving my profile entry. It was very confusing. When I called to cancel the order, within the time frame, the person on the other end wasn't very pleasant and sounded like I was annoying her. Whomever you guys have working from home, answering the phone as your CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'd reconsider. They were rude and solidified reasonings why I wanted to cancel. Her name was Kolendre (sp) on 07/11 @ 4:10pm. Very unprofessional. After reading the RECENT comments here, It's what help me finalized my interest to cancel.

I have notified this company repeatedly that Alaska Airlines will NOT accept the documentation that was provided by them without the name of the Dr's practice. They keep sending me the same form with only the Dr's name and no practice. I think it's because there IS NO PRACTICE. When I call them their customer service representatives can't give me the name of the practice, the phone number or contact name for their corporate offices,, every question I ask them, I get the same answer "I don't know". I believe this is a fraud company. The paperwork they charged me 97$ for is useless. The airline will not accept it. My friend is having the exact problem with this company with the same results. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund. If you want ESA paperwork, go to a Dr. that can issue one to you in person. This company is a fraud!

This company I feel is fraudulent. They collect money then have a doctor review your file, should be the other way around. Doctor didn't even call me which is terrible, just straight denied my dog as an emotional support animal. Now let's see how long it takes for a refund and it better be a full refund as they did absolutely nothing for me. I suffer from anxiety and depression over the loss of my mother and a volatile separation from my job. I previously took OTC sleeping pills and smoked a lot. I no longer need sleeping pills, smoke a lot less, and I am receiving much relief from anxiety and depression due to my new dog and the doctor states my dog is a companion and not emotional support without ever speaking to me. Dont believe this company they are just collecting interest on money denying people an ESA and refunding them back, shame on this company I would NEVER refer them to anyone.

seen this on line and filled it out for i have 2 cats by my side every day, they now when i am not feeling good, they know when i am leaving for a few hours, they are by the door waiting for me to come back. they hear me when i open the door. they know when i am having my morning coffee they want their milk, then in the evening they get their can cat food.. knowing about this site to give me something in return to my 2 cats that are with me every day and knowing when i am not feeling they make me feel better when they are by me. giving them this certificate of being a support cat if a gift of achievement award from me to them I am proud of my 2 cats for caring for me when i need them when no one is home. when I am depressed they help me with that and feel better, when i get a panic attack they are there for me to help me feel better. . I totally recommend the Pet Support Program to everyone that has physical and emotional disabilities 100%

Support Pets, LLC was a godsend to see their advertisement. My pets mean the world to me and as with others I'm sure help you get through some rough times. It becomes difficult to leave sometimes without them by your side but Suppory Pets helped change that all. With just a few questions telling them why you need your support pet and they went right to work to make it happen. My pets were approved in a few short hours and I received all the necessary papers in 48hrs. Due to my typing error it was necessary to redo the documents which they responded immediately getting me back the corrected papers in 24hrs. Their prices were great with discounts. You also can obtain harnesses, certificates, wallet cards and numerous other items at discounted prices. They even have followed up to make sure everything arrived and I was happy with it. If your pets mean as much as mine do to me dont think twice about contacting support pets just do it. I would recommend them over and over. They made my day.

I placed an order during a promotion on Memorial day that provided both travel and hotel certificates along with a free leash. It has been 2 months now and I still have not received the leash! Every time I call about it they give me a different reason for the delay and this is after they tell me there is no record of a leash in the order and that they aren't even aware they sold them. Even though the recording on the phone talks about just that! After I placed my order and verified with the customer service representative that I was supposed to receive a leash and she even referred to the Memorial day promotion, I tried to go back and get screen shots of the promotion to only find it had been removed! I don't know why they are doing this but I will never give up until I have a leash in my hand! Support Pets, if you read this just give me a dang leash for my buddy, he deserves it even though you apparently don't feel I do. This is not about me, this is about him receiving the respect he very much deserves! Unfortunately he doesn't have much time to receive all the accolades and respect he deserves because a recent checkup at the vet revealed he has cancer all over his body so please, I implore you to move quickly with this and have some compassion and empathy for my Thor buddy! Customer service is awful. Ordered the vest, tag, documents etc and paid over $100.00. Was delivered at the end of May and most certainly not to me. Instead of taking ownership they tell me to call the post office and file a complaint. Absolute crap as the post office is not going to do anything. They literally took my money with no problem and the customer service has been horrific getting this solved. They say it shows delivered. Awesome. Wasn't delivered to me. Will never use them again and hope they are happy taking money from a single mom. [censored].

I was pretty bummed out about the shipping delay when I ordered from Support Pets. My hubby's gotta go to MD Anderson for some cancer stuff and I'm going with him. We need our boy Gage with us through this tough time. He's a real sweetie and always knows how to make us feel better. We can't imagine going through this without him by our side. But, you know, things happen and I'm sure they're doing their best to get our order to us as soon as possible. We're just really looking forward to having Gage with us during this difficult time.

and I am feeling really frustrated with Support Pets right now.

I gotta say, I was really excited to find Support Pets online. I mean, who wouldn't want to be able to train their own service dog, right? So I signed up for their online course and started working through the lessons. And let me tell you, it was not easy. There were a lot of things to learn and remember, and it took me a while to get through it all.

But finally, after weeks of hard work, I was almost done. I just had a couple more lessons to go, and then I would be ready to start training Sheba. I was so excited, I could hardly wait.

But then, disaster struck. I logged onto my computer the next day, ready to finish up my course, and...nothing. It was all gone. All my hard work, all those hours I had put in, just vanished into thin air. I couldn't believe it.

I tried contacting Support Pets, but all I got was the runaround. Nobody seemed to know what had happened, or how to fix it. And meanwhile, poor Sheba was still waiting for me to train her. I felt like I had let her down.

I don't know what to do now. I paid a lot of money for this course, and I feel like I've been ripped off. All I want is to be able to finish what I started, and make Sheba the best service dog she can be. Is that too much to ask?

So if you're thinking about signing up for Support Pets, I would say...proceed with caution. Yes, it's a great idea in theory, but in practice, it's not so simple. And if something goes wrong, you might find yourself in the same boat as me. Frustrated, angry, and out a lot of money.

I gotta say, I'm feeling a bit mixed about Support Pets. On one hand, I was able to make a purchase for what I thought I needed. But on the other hand, I was left feeling a bit confused and unsure about what I had actually bought.

Yo, so I gotta say, my experience with Support Pets (supportpets.com) hasn't been the best. When I was trying to enter my dog's vest size, I got redirected to some sketchy site called ontraport. Like, what the heck? I don't wanna get hacked or anything, you know? And in the past, I've had trouble getting paperwork from these guys. It's like, come on, man, I need that stuff to prove my dog is a legit support animal. I'm starting to wonder if these guys are even safe or reliable.

Honestly, I was thinking about not renewing my membership with Support Pets. But then they sent me an email asking me to review their service, and I figured I'd give them one more chance. So here I am, writing this review.

Look, Support Pets, if you're reading this, I'm not trying to be a jerk. I just want to know that I can trust you guys. If you're really legit, then call me at my number (I'm not gonna put it here, but you know who I am). That's all I'm asking. If you can prove to me that you're safe and reliable, then I'll keep using your service. But if not... well, let's just say I'll be looking for a new support animal provider.

Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Support Pets. First off, the prices are straight up wild. Like, I'm talking 99+++++ equals over $200. That's just ridiculous, man. And don't even get me started on the upcharges. I was already ordering and they hit me with a 50% off link, but when I used it, the price was still the same and they tacked on an extra $40 for the ID cards that were supposed to be included in the "deluxe package". That's some scammy stuff right there.

Honestly, they could have handled it better. A little more class and honesty would have gone a long way. But instead, they just left me feeling like I got ripped off. It's a shame, because I really needed a support pet and was hoping this would be a good option. But with prices like that and shady practices, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

So, I saw this ad for Support Pets on the internet and it said that I could take my pet with me wherever I go. It sounded like a great idea, so I clicked on it. The ad said that it would only cost $79, but when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that they charged me $89! That's not fair, that's like bait and switch, you know?

And then, after they charged me $89, they wanted me to pay another $67 for some document and ID card so that I could take my pet with me. I mean, come on, that's not what the ad said! It said that I could take my pet with me everywhere, no extra charge. I'm really not happy with this purchase and I want my money back and my order cancelled.

I think it's really important for companies to be honest with their customers. If you say that something costs a certain amount, then that's what it should cost. And if you say that something is included, then it should be included. I don't like feeling like I've been tricked or misled, you know? So, I would not recommend Support Pets to anyone.

I had a bit of trouble with Support Pets when trying to register my second dog. I sent an email with all the necessary information, but I haven't received a response yet. It's frustrating because I already paid for the ID and harness bundle, but I received an email saying that I didn't. I decided to just purchase the ID for now, and everything seemed to be the same as when I first made the purchase. I even got the same video thanking me for my purchase. But now I'm worried that the ID won't arrive again, and I'm not sure if it's my fault or theirs.

Personally, I think that it's possible to get a letter from a therapist or doctor that would serve the same purpose. However, I understand that some people may find it easier to use this website to get the documentation they need.

One thing that concerns me is that some people may be taking advantage of this service. They may be getting the certification even if they don't really need it. This could make it harder for people who truly need the certification to get it. I'm not a doctor, so I can't say for sure who needs a support pet and who doesn't. But it seems like there are a lot of people out there with these certificates, and it makes me wonder if some of them are not really in need of a support animal.

Around 4/1/2022 i bought a support pets *** documents from support pets.i also bought 2 additional packages for $67 ea totaling $134.the next day i canceled the 2 additional packages for the $134.there seemed to be no problem and said they would issue a refund.after 2 months of not getting the refund i called them and they assured me they processed the refund and my bank has it.When i contacted my bankn they said they didnt have it when i told support pets they said theres nothing they can do and have refused to issue a new refund.i disputed it with *** fargo and they called *** to see if they ever received the notice of refund and they said no.*** fargo could not return my money because i did not have a email stating support pets would refund and for how much.at this point support pets is not answering the phone and will not return calls.

I purchased a package deal including a dog vest and ID name tag on March 11. After several attempts to get them to ship it to me, I called again and requested my money back. The lady told me it would take up to 14 days. I never received my money. I called them 3 times since and requested my vest and ID to be shipped. Each time they gave me a shipping number that was invalid and the package was never shipped. I called them today June 8, 2022 and got no help from them. The lady I spoke with said all I can say is the package was shipped. I called DHL tracking services and they say the package was never dropped off at their facility for shipping. I have saved every email between them and me trying to get my purchase. At this point I would just like to get my money back.

I have been trying to obtain custom landlord forms from Support Pets since 6/9. I was originally given the wrong information and told the fill out the request via a website that no longer works. I sent in my form and I am still waiting to hear back. The timeline Support Pets has long passed (confirmed by *** via phone support on 6/22) and I still have not received my completed custom forms. When you call phone support, they blame corporate. After *** continued putting me on hold for 25+ minutes to speak with her supervisor about what was wrong, I finally asked to speak to them. Somehow they were suddenly busy and on the phone with someone else. I asked to stay on hold since I had already spent 45+ minutes on the call but *** said I would need to call back. I am beginning to think this company is a scam. They are now unresponsive and unhelpful after getting my payment.

Support Pets has known that ESAs are no longer accepted on airlines since December . They will ONLY accept Service Animals. Yet, I was told by a representative before I purchased this in no uncertain terms that my ESA animal will be allowed on the airline with me and NOT under the seat. I have since been told by the airlines that this is not the case and Support Pets representative should have told me this. I feel like I have been completely duped. There is absolutely NO difference between having your ESA certificate and simply flying with your pet. There are NO accommodations for ESAs at all. When I called to say how upset I was, I was told I should have read the terms and conditions. I have attempted to reach a supervisor for 3 days. All I get is someone trying to speak in circles. What they will not admit is that there is NO DIFFERENCE between ESA and flying with your non ESA pet. DECEITFUL AT BEST

Renewed membership with SP, giving the opportunity to list a second therapy dog to include a second therapy vest which was the wrong size. I immediately requested a return for exchange to correct size on 7/9. Filled out the proper forms, received RMA #, returned through Stamps.com (have the record of return) It was delivered 8/2. I waited 10-14 days & when I didn't received the exchange, I called to inquire. Customer Service acknowledged receipt & asked that I give it more time due to COVID-19. I called again on 8/24 & was asked to give it some more time but they would escalate the issue. On 9/8 I called Customer Service to inquire & was asked to give it more time but it would be escalated once again. 9/8 I received an email asking for more information on the matter; they sent instructions for receiving another RMA form with a link to send back the item I no longer had. I sent a PrtSc of Stamps.com return. On 9/9 I CS sent email saying the vest was never received...

I placed an order on 6/3/22 for an *** letter as well as a printed copy of the documentations, altogether costing ($97+36.65 = $133.65). Their website promises a letter within 24-48hrs. I filled out the questionnaire and awaited my letter. I later received a message via email stating they didn't receive my questionnaire and I have now filled out the questionnaire x 5 times (most recently on 6/7). I have called and/or messaged them over the past 3 days. They claimed they didn't have my questionnaire although I have confirmation emails refuting that. I have copies of all chats I had with the company. They claim that they are uncertain why I am experiencing problems and refuse to let me speak with a supervisor. They claim they will "expedite" my concern on a daily basis but I am still awaiting days later. I am concerned that I may never get the letter and will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I am very saddened they would prey on individuals with mental health conditions.

On April 21, 2022, I applied for paperwork for an Emotional Support Animal for my 90-year-old mother. I filled out the application and, on the application it asked "Enter your full name to be listed on your *** Documentation" So I entered my mother's name, ***. Support Pets sent me a copy of the application that I filled out (attached below). The application that Support Pets sent shows my mother's name listed as the name the documentation should be made out to. When I received the documentation, it was made out in my name ***. All the questions were answered by my mother since the *** documentation was for her. I have called them almost daily since I got the incorrect name on the documentation. Nothing has been done to correct it. The first time I contacted them they sent me a link that if I filled it out would make me pay again for another number. Since it was their mistake, I would like the name changed to my mother's name. Please help me get this straightened out.

I purchased a service a service from SupportPets, they have failed to deliver on the service I paid for. They have not been able to full fill service. I purchase the emotional support animal service from SupportPets. They provided be with letters allowing me to fly on commercial flights with my emotional support animal (dog). In exchange for my fee, SupportPets agreed to provide airline ESA forms on demand. 2 weeks ago, I submitted a request for 4 airline forms from SupportPets, they have failed to provide them to me and are unresponsive when I call them and email them. Problems: 1) the form SupportPets sent me does not include my middle name "Ida" and will be rejected by the airline. 2) the form SupportPets sent me does not include the correct confirmation number "V7C18S" and will be rejected by the airline. 3) I am still missing forms For the following flights: YDUPOR - American XXX - XX/20 DCA-MIA-SJU UIZOHL - JetBlue XXXX - XX/27 SJU-DCA A6PJ2P - Frontier XXX - XX/18 DCA-DEN & 1/4 DEN-DCA

I have not received the product I pain $100 dollars for in the time expected. I am unable to contact the company to resolve the issue. When completing my order and payment for ESA documentation I was sent an email that I should expect to wait up to 48 business hours to receive them. They order was completed on Dec 17, 2020 and it is now Dec 31, 2020 and I have not received the ESA papers. Understanding that mistakes happen I expected to contact customer service and get this issue resolved, I was wrong. When I called customer service I was greeted with a recorded message that informed me they have a website where I can contact support. That's it. No option to speak with anyone. I went to the website and attempted to use the "contact support" option. This takes you to a box to enter your complaint. Unfortunately, you are unable to type in this box. I don't know if it's a software/internet issue or what but I do know I have spent almost $100, do not have my product, and am unable to contact anyone to resolve the issue.
