Supercuts robert mead - customer care?

I was OVERCHARGED for services. This Robert Mead, after giving me a difficult time, finally agreed I was overcharged anf due a partial refund plus he promises a free cut at any SuperCuts salon. When I asked hto mail it to me He refused and said his "offer" was only good if picked up at the Greenbrook NJ salon and of I couldn't do that he said he couldn't or, I should say wouldn't do anything for me.
Are you kidding me? After I was overcharged
and had to be subjected to this disservice to the customer?
When I phoned in my complaint they specifically asked for my address should any refund be due. Why is his person giving me such a difficult time.

Supercuts kids haircut

I live in El Paso TX and My husband has been liking going there for himself and put four year old son. We hadn't had anything negative to say until tonight. My husband always makes an appointment just ok case it gets busy especially if it's for our son because I'm sure you all know kids can get impatient. So today we had an appointment at seven pm at the super cuts on 6942 N Mesa El Paso TX 79912 we got there a little bit before seven and it was suppose to be for my husband and son but they only had my son down so we said it's ok and just said we will just have his done and my husband would go another day no big deal. The person that was on the front desk said they would be with us as soon as they could. Once a stylist was available they call another guy that was there which left us thinking why when we had an appointment but we didn't say anything because maybe he had an appointment as well once again no big deal. It was about ten minutes or so and my son had to use the restroom and almost as soon as he went in the stylist looked at me and said "I'm ready for Christian" in a rude matter and I told her that he went to the the restroom she rolled her eyes at me and turned away. I through she was going to wait for him to come out instead she decided to take another client. This upsets me because we had an appointment at seven and he just went to the restroom it's not like he left and was going to come back. I find that really disrespectful. When my husband as if they called him I said yes but since he was in the restroom she took someone else and he also got upset. I told the girl up front that I was upset and instead of saying sorry she said well there's a girl that's almost done he's next. That's not the point. The point is we already waited ten minutes when we had an appointment and you can't even wait for like two minutes for him to come out of the restroom? We decided to leave because they didn't care how we were feeling. We left angry and want wanting to go back. When we got to the car I thought about how am i going to let you know about the employee that was rude and disrespectful if I don't know her name so I went back and I could tell they were talking about what happened because as soon as I walked in they had a scared face on and got quiet. I told them if they could give me the stylist name so that I could let them know who I'm complaining about and they didn't just tell me they needed a card tonoutbit on and I gave them one and they wrote it on there. I couldn't really tell what it said so I asked what it said and said it was "ilean". I said thank you and walked out and they started talking about. I don't think I will ever go there again. I'm also going to share what happened to family and friends because I wouldn't want anyone especially with kids to experience why we did tonight. I really hope something gets done.

Supercuts haircut

In Sunday, September 3rd I went to Supercuts to have my granddaughters hair cut. She wanted to donate her hair to cancer for kids. The child's cut has one price on the board and I was charged $35.00. Her hair was not washed. It was cut and then brushed and semi blown out. Her dirty hair was basically just dried with the blower. I believe this is a ripoff and I am so disappointed I will never ever use Supercuts again. I paid $35.00 and still gave a $5 tip. I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund before I put my disappointment on Facebook and all my other social media. This is a disgusting shame.

Supercuts haircut

I normally always have gone to Supercuts. Have NEVER had a problem with the staff besides maybe once out of many times I have been. This last time was a little different. I went 30 minutes before closing (yes, I understand can be annoying) but nonetheless should have been taken care of properly. Lady who did my hair was rude and in a rush. Told me to come back tomorrow if I didn't like it because they were closing. I was in shock and disbelief. I spend my hard earned money here and this is the way I'm treated. I am not asking for a refund although maybe a complimentary haircut would be nice due to the fact my hair was left the way it was. Like I said, I have never had any problems with Supercuts which was very disappointing when this happened to me.

Supercuts poor service, crap haircut

Real bad experience at your Parkway Parade branch in Singapore. Stylist 'Yane' was clueless, hair was cut way too short, uneven and no style at all despite having told her my preference several times. Manager 'Anne' was extremely arrogant, he comment after explaining the situation was ' HOW CAN I HELP YOU ! '. I have been online trying to find ways to submit my feedback, sadly there is no easy way. Thus the reason to post here. Appreciate an early response.

Supercuts professionalism and lack of

Today, 08/08/2017 about 10:30am, I walked in to the New Haslet, TX location to get a haircut. I was greeted by Mindy who also cut my hair. She was polite, knowledgeable and professional. As new guest walked in I notice Mindy greeted them and asked my permission to take a second to check them in. Next, the UPS guy walked in with a packaged. Mindy greeted him and signed for the package. I asked Mindy if she were the manager and she replied, "No! The manager is at another location today but, I'd be more than happy to get to Malissa, our assistant manager, she's right behind me. " I told her, no that I was quite alright. I was quite surprised to see an assistant manager who didn't appear to be in professional appeal (she was wearing gym pants), I didn't hear her great the guest and found odd that an employee be more attentive to the guest then the manager on duty.

As a manager in customer service industry, I tend to take notice of quality service. Mindy provided an excellent customer experience today and I will defiantly be back in to see her.

Supercuts supercuts

To Whom It May Concern:
I've been a customer of the Supercuts on Day St in the city of Moreno Valley for over a year. Vincent does a great job, along with the other stylists. They are friendly, greet you when you walk in and sign you in. Today, I am very unsatifisifed. As soon as I walked with my two kids a new stylists I've never seen before said, "there is a hour and a half wait and we close at 8." (I came in at 7:10). No hello, let me sign you in. So I stopped half way through the salon and said. So what does that mean? She proceeded to make the same statement. I replied, "so that means you can't cut my hair?" Again, she replied the same statement but with attitude and added "you want me to sign you in." So, a bit agitated I said, "why should I sign in when you just said you can't see me because of the 1:30 min wait and you close at 8." She then replied, what I mean is we close at 8 so if you're outside before 8 we can't see you today. Which made no sense to me since I'm obviously already INSIDE. Bottom line this stylist obviously did not want to stay longer than the customers she already had lined up and therefore was unwelcoming to me and my family. I've always been a good customer by tipping 25-30 percent, you can check my records if you wish. I or anyone else, does not need that type of unwelcoming attitude.
I ended up going to the next closest salon (which also closes at 8); I was not going to cut my children's hair with someone who does not want to be there. In the Supercuts in Eucalyptus in Moreno Valley, the stylist was welcoming and signed us in. I have the receipt information for one of my kids.
Store Number 80644
Date 8/7/17 8:49pm
Ticket 87
Name (it's misspelled and it's my son's) Ryan Rfagso
Stylists Sonia
Total was $35.16. After tip $43

I hope you review welcoming procedures with that particular stylist so this does not happen again to any of your clients. I will not return to this salon, and I will discontinue visiting other salons if I do not hear back from any representative from Supercuts. Thank you.

Supercuts haircut

I went to Supercuts in Abacoa, FL (Jupiter) last Thursday, 7/20. The girl I usually use is Yaimara and she is pretty good. She was not there. I explained to the girl that was there exactly what I wanted -- the bottom of my hair in the back to be cut with the texturizing scissors around the bottom. I stressed three times that I wanted it texturized, not layered. She had me put my head down and I could see she was cutting about 2+ inches off the bottom of my hair. I stopped her and told her that is not what I wanted, but at that point she had already cut a huge chunk out of my hair. She kept arguing with me. I told her she was not using the texturizing scissors like I asked. She kept saying she was, but clearly what was in her hand was not the texturizing scissors. She kept arguing and arguing, so I just left. I wasn't about to let her ruin my whole head of hair. I went to the Supercuts in Jupiter on Indiantown Road and showed Jackie who works there. Jackie could see exactly what had happened. She blended my hair as best she could without cutting any more out of it. I still have a huge hunk out of my hair that will take at least 4 to 6 months to grow back. I called Abacoa to ask the lady's name that had cut my hair. All they would tell me was "Mary", but when she answers the phone she says something like "Meara" or "Maira". She would not tell me her last name. She refused to tell me her last name, and then just said she didn't know. This woman should be fired. She absolutely does not know how to cut hair. She doesn't even know what it means to texturize hair on the bottom. I have had others at Abacoa to cut my hair before and none of them (except Yaimara) know very much about cutting hair. That is absolutely the worst Supercuts there is and I will never step foot in there again. I will continue to go to Jupiter Supercuts to Jackie. She is so good and constantly straightens out what messes they have made in the Abacoa Supercuts.

Supercuts didn't get service requested

I recently went to a Supercuts in Yonkers NY and was denied services by the manager. The hairstylist was willing to cut my hair but because I was wearing a wig the manager I couldn't get my haircut. I have never heard of this! I should be able to get services with a wig on or not! The website does not state that the salon does not cut full lace wigs. I have a full lace wig glued on. The hairstylist didn't notice until she started working on my head. I shared that I was wearing a wig and was informed they can't cut my hair! I had to leave without any services and was completely humiliated!

Supercuts customer, service manager's attitude

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am taking some time out of my busy professional life to place a complained with your Headquarters since I have been grossly mistreated at my local store today.

Here is what happened: Today, Sunday, 07/09/2017 I walked into my local Super Cuts, which I have been faithfully patronizing for over 10 years, and asked the woman at the register if I can get my roots touched up. Please, note: I did not ask for a full colour, I just said "touch up". I was fully aware that the store closes on Sunday at 6 pm and I was comfortable coming in 2 hours before that time, since I knew precisely that my job would take between 1 and 1 1/2 hour to complete. The time I walked in was before the 4:00 o'clock hour, it was approximately 3:50 pm.
The woman at the register declined to sign me in stating that it was "too late for colour", that their cut off time for colour on Sunday was 4:00 pm. At this point I started arguing with her bringing in the following points to her attention:
* It was BEFORE 4:00 pm (even if a few minutes, but for the sake of the argument, yes, technically it was not 4:00 pm yet)
* My job would take less than 2 hours - the time we had left before closing (I have been doing this exact job for 20 years, wouldn't I know?)
* The store was empty - there was absolutely no one besides me, no other customers whatsoever.
* Besides the woman I was talking to (she later introduced herself as the manger, I have only seen her there a couple of times before, she is kind of new face at this place) - there were three other employees, who were doing mundane work: sweeping the floor, tidying up their stations, etc. Of course, I knew them personally and by name: Sue, Wafa, Marina.
Once they realized that the conversation is turning into an argument, they all left the front and hid in the back of the store: obviously they were afraid of the "boss" and wanted to avoid to be in between and take any sides.
* I have been going to this particular location for over 10 years, along with all my family members and friends (names could be submitted upon request)
* I threaten her that I will not return and none of my family and friends would, either. I explained to her that potentially this could mean a lot of lost revenues to the store.

None of the above worked. She kept repeating the same: "It is too late for colour".

I would like to initiate an investigation into this matter. I would like to have someone from the Management/Corporate to look into the incident and let me know if the manager was wright or I had the wright to demand to be served.

Thank you very much for your prompt attention at this matter.
Very truly yours, Ellie Page

Supercuts rude hairdresser trying to scam me

I went in to the Supercuts on 72nd and Sheridan on April 1st 2017. When I walked in, there was only 2 women there, one of them was probably on her break and the other lady was cutting another customer's hair. I gotta add that the male customer who'm she was attending looked like he didn't like his cut at all (telling by his expression). Anyway, I was finally attended by this portly woman with glasses, she has short brown hair, possibly hispanic, and I didn't get her name to be honest, I wish I had though but it's not the first time that I've had my hair cut by her, I'm pretty sure she's still there. Anyway, the first time that I met her was in July 2016, I went in to get a short haircut because my hair was damaged and I wanted something new. She totally butchered my hair by the way, even though it was short like I wanted it, she gave me a horrendous cut, like a soccer mom or something- it was extremely choppy (I asked her to not cut it choppy, but of course she did) and I had to suffer through many months of growing it out because it was very akward and difficult to manage because my natural hair is curly and frizzy (I wanna highlight that because she doesn't know how to differentiate that and actual hair damage) which brings me to the recent incident. I don't wanna bash this particular Supercuts because the last 2 trims that I got (before her of course) we're great, back in January I got this lovely woman, caucasian, with long, curly, brown hair who was very well informed about my texture (since she has the same type of hair as me)I was hoping to get her my last visit but as I am one to do, I forgot to ask her name. Anyway, even though she totally butchered my hair last year, I (against my gut instinct) asked her to give me a trim, I figured, how can she mess up a simple trim? So I asked her to dust my hair, what that means is to literally just snip off the bare minimum on the ends. I wanna add, and this is important, that my hair is absolutely not damaged. When I got my hair cut by her last year, she cut off all of the damaged hair, and I continued to get frequent trims (the last 2 women from the very same salon, both agreed that my hair was very healthy) especially since I do not do anything to it, I don't dye it, don't use heat tools, I protect it from the sun and cold, I regularly condition it, don't shampoo it often (my hair type doesn't need to be washed regularly) and I tie it up before bed. My hair is in great condition. When I asked her to trim my ends, she proceeded to tell me that my hair was extremely damaged, she even pulled it up and looked at it with disgust in her face and told me my hair was damaged almost up to my ears! She asked me "When was the last time you got a haircut" and I told her (It was literally only about 8 weeks before that) and I also mentioned that the last girl (the one with long, curly hair) told me that my hair was in great condition only several weeks before, she then asked me who it was and literally said "eww, don't listen to her" (im guessing she knows her personally) from that moment on I got loud with her and told her do not chop off my hair, do not chop off more than the amount I specified. She then changed her nasty tone and recommended that I trim about half an inch. She also started saying "Your ends aren't really that bad, but your hair is really, really dry, like super dry" since when does dryness equate to chopping off 6 inches of hair? and since my ends aren't "that bad" why would she then say that I need to chop off half of my hair? I told her, my hair is dry because it's cold and my natural texture frizzes out sometimes, especially in cold and humid weather, she then gave me outdated advice like I need to come in every 4 to 6 weeks for trims, huh just looking up basic advice on the internet from real hairstylists says otherwise, unless you regularly damage your hair ( by the way, how exactly did I damage my hair bad enough to have to chop half the length off in the span of 8 weeks, which was my previous trim?) This lady is a poor excuse of a hair dresser, who was trying to scam me into buying overpriced products for damaged hair. Her coworker, a thin, light skinned, hispanic woman was also nasty like her (you can just tell) and she was standing right over me the whole time, with her arms crossed and a resting B face, giving me nasty glares like she didn't like me from the moment I walked in. My husband who was also there at the time, agreed that she was unnecessarily rude about my hair and was really trying to push a drastic hair cut and products on me. I also became distrusting of her the moment that she bad mouthed her coworker (the long haired woman) who had been much more polite and informative only several weeks before this incident. I wanna highlight once again, that the 2 woman that trimmed my hair the months/weeks prior to my visit with this woman, we're great, they we're friendly, polite and did exactly what I asked, my issue is more with this specific individual. She clearly needs to go back to school, because she also screwed up my husbands hair. Someone this ill informed and bad at hair has no business getting anywhere near other people's hair, if she's willing to lie to sell product or because she's envious, she has no business being employed here. I caught her in a lie when she kept changing her opinion about the severity of my "hair damage" and also by the fact that she said that, you cant make appointments there (the website says otherwise)She's a light skinned woman, possibly hispanic. Her hair is brown, short, about chin length, she's a bit heavy, and she wears glasses. She was there back in April and probably still there right now. I would advise against keeping this terrible and dishonest woman there and I would not be surprised if she's gotten many complaints about her already. I almost let her cut my hair, I'm glad I spoke up and made sure she knew that I wasn't gonna put up with her messing it up. It's hard work to grow out your hair, especially an awful haircut (thanks to her) just to have an obviously awful "hairstylist" jack it up.

Update by Fern Martini
Jul 28, 2017 8:51 pm EDT

Update: I returned to the very same Supercuts on 72nd and Sheridan, only a few weeks ago. There was only one woman there, she was a thin white woman with brown hair tied in a ponytail/bun, I was weary of returning to this location because of my prior experience, however I needed a trim and I don't have a regular stylist. I asked her to give me a bare minimum trim and she did great! She explained to me that my hair was healthy and only needed about a quarter inch trimmed off, she also cut my bangs and shaped the face frame. This absolutely proved that my suspicions about the last hairdresser we're correct, I am appauled by the fact that the other woman was a bold faced liar- she was trying to persuade me to chop off nearly half of my hair and to purchase overpriced hair products! It's absolutely unacceptable to keep and employee like that around Supercuts, I don't care if she goes back to school and becomes pro, she's a liar and deserves to be fired for trying to scam people like that. I sincerely hope this fat B quits hair cuz she is terrible!

Supercuts employee at 9686

I went into the Marlboro Supercuts store number 9686 a couple weeks ago. Where the hairstylist Mariana was wearing the most offensive outfit for my 6 year old to see. All of the other hairstylist were in professional outfits. She was wearing a dress with no sleeves that barely covered her bottom half. I know that Supercuts has a dresscode but the manager was not in duty when I asked to speak about it. I know that this isn't the biggest issue in the world, but when I bring my child to get a hair cut I don't want my child to be looking at someone's A**.

Supercuts haircut

Just got home from the worst experience at any stylist or barber in 61 years. Been going to this Supercuts for almost a year now and always get a #3 all the way around. This should be in my record. Went today and got a new stylist with which I confirmed #3 all the way around. Her English was almost non-existent, so I had her repeat it and she seemed to understand.

By the time, I realized what she was doing it was too late. She shaved me with a #0. When I said something, she says this will be better, then mumbles some nonsense about using a 0, 1, 2 an 3 in different places.
I was in so much shock, I paid before thinking. The charges will be reversed. I finally had the presence of mind to ask for the manager and she acted like it was no big deal and gave me some coupons.

I will never visit this location again and will be sure and communicate to my neighbors in the new neighborhood 1 mile away to avoid it also. I am almost sick to my stomach over this experience and am considering legal action. I always wonder why there is no one in there when I get my haircut and now I know why. Avoid this Supercuts if you care at all about the service you receive.

Supercuts my daughter's haircut

I went in to supercuts in Merritt island Florida and the guy that greeted us was very pleasant. I showed him a picture of what I wanted for my 6 year old daughters hair.he said okay and put her in his chair. I requested specifically for him to make it all one length up to her chin, long layers, and inverted. Her hair is thin and I was very very specific. He parted her hair and cut off about 4 or 5 inches at the bottom which would be underneath her longer hair. Then, he cut the hair that was going to be on top of it about an inch longer. He basically butchered her hair. It was uneven, one side was longer, the underneath was way shorter, and...he didn't even cut it to her chin. For layers, he used thinning shears at the very end. Which is not what I wanted. At the end, I even questioned the the shorter hair underneath and he said he meant to do it that way. He didn't offer to fix it or try and make me feel better about it at all. He never once told me his name and I didn't get a receipt. I paid for the hair cut and we left. When we left, my 6 year old cried because she said it looked horrible. I had to take her to great clips in Rockledge to get it fixed. Like I said, I dont know his name, but he was the tall blonde guy in the very back on the right side in the merritt island florida location. I am really really upset by this and I will not be going back or recommending this location to anyone.

"I requested specifically for him to make it all one length up to her chin, long layers, and inverted."

How in the world can your hair be all one length and layered? Unless you mean you want the length to be one length, but you wanted it inverted. No wonder why it ended up like that, i cant even picture that haircut in my head, because what you asked for is impossible! Whats the point in bringing a picture if youre gonna ask for an impossible haircut? And on a 6 year old! And how can it be inverted and still chin length unless the back is shorter?
Id love to see the pic you showed the stylist.
Thanks for the laugh!

Supercuts eyebrow wax

I walked out of the Supercuts with two completely different eyebrows. My sister posted a picture on twitter (@asalwaysjules) earlier today and it's already past 20 likes because it's so comical. The employee started with "have your eye brows always been different sizes" and closed with "nothing a pencil can't fix". I went to Supercuts because I had a difficult day (was issued a ticket and my cat is currently missing) and was really hoping to have a positive experience to feel like a new woman and cheer myself up. This was the compelete opposite. After an additional $12 to get my eyebrows threaded (no longer trust waxing) and $45 on eyebrow product at Sephora, I can finally walk out in public. A $9 eye brow wax has cost me over $60 at this point. I'd really be grateful for any sort of repayment, although I'm not sure I'm prepared to ever step foot in another Supercuts. Your time and consideration is greatly appreciated.

Supercuts two haircuts

My husband and I both went into super cuts for a trim, both of us both got [censor] literally. She cut my hair so short my head looks bald. The other women cut ! my husbands hair, it took her almost an hour, to screw up a fade. They aren't licensed to do her apparently. The pictures say it all. I would like a refund or something.
I doubt someone would contact us.

Supercuts hair cut

Avoid at all costs. Last time I was there the "stylist" was spending a long time on my hair. Finally shes asks another stylist for help. The new "stylist" tells her what to do and the tells me, "it will blend in after a while". Oh great.

Today I sit for a cut and the "stylist" is rushing, always a bad sign. She never asks me what lenghth I want for my bangs she just cuts everthing the dame length. So no I have s crewcut when I wanted a trim.

Supercuts whole shebang

Walked in and asked for a haircut by a specific name, and apparently she wasn't there anymore. The woman who approached me, her name was Maria, was very rude right off the bat, when I asked for the specific name, she interrupts me and says "not here". Very rudely, and then gentleman came in for a different stylist, and right as I was to ask for a haircut, I got ignored until I walked out the door, even with me staring at Maria awkwardly trying to get her aknowlage me. Even making eye contact with me, she continued to ignore me till I left. I was planning on spending money there no matter what, because I needed my leave in conditioner, but after her sour [censor] attitude and blatantly ignoring me till I left, told me I didn't need to be spending my money there, ever again! Worst part is my husband used to go there every two weeks for a haircut, not anymore!
I'm not one to ask for somebody to lose their job, but this woman should not be in the industry she's working. That was the worst example of how you treat a customer, and I work in customer services. I guess trying to talk to someone who wasn't even coming in to spend money, nor see her, is more important than trying to make a client happy.
