Went in to Supercuts and fit a haircut, paid with debit card, the next day I was charged two times the $17.50 I owed. I called the shop and they told me to wait a day or two. 3/20 went into Supercuts to get a retouch of my color, had been there on 2/21/17 and the color was fine. Supercuts - terrible service
I checked in with the app arrived 15 min early leaving person left not helping the person there I waited an hour watched 4 people walk out on how they were treated when arriving. 2nd person stylist showed up messed around with other things I was next she called a person who just walked in I was not happy she couldn't figure out anything as to where I was in line . I waited an hour with one person ahead of me . They both seemed very disorganized and more concerned about what each oth them were wearing . No one really cared that I wasn't happy and had wasted an hour for no result . I have been going there for the last year never had a problem and I am not usually a person who complains. There was zero management shown and to much talking over getting the work done. I will not go back to many other places to get things done service is what makes people return and there isn't any there today! Good luck moving on
Supercuts - haircut
When I arrived there only 3 ladies at the store, 1 of them was just sitting there doing nothing. Belinda, one of the other 2 ladies was helping a guy, Yolanda is the lady that helped me. Yolanda helped asking what i wanted, I showed a picture of the hairstyle I always do saying that other guy I go to, do it with scissors(the way i do) she doubts asking Belinda if it's possible, Belinda says it is and Yolanda says she can try, her hands shakes while grabs some scissors, i moved my head before she starts and asked her if she can do it, she says she can't she didn't train with scissors, only machine but she'll try. I said I'll wait for Belinda, Belinda was telling other guy she was helping to be there early because they close at 6 pm on sundays, it was 5:20 pm, which means they had enough time to do it, they where expecting a guy who called to be helped, Belinda answered saying to hurry because they're going to close (she did tell him rudly), there where only me and this other guy. Belinda told me to wait meanwhile she ends the transaction with the guy she was helping, Yolanda said she charged him already, Belinda starts with me and cuts with machine, not scissors, ok she started good, even though she started good, at the top of my hair she asked if that was ok, I said if it's possible a little bit shorter, she turns to ask Yolanda if she charged the guy Belinda was helping, Yolanda said she didn't, they realized that guy wasn't charged, she returns to me and she cuts all the hair with the machine, I couldn't move my head because she suddenly cut a lot of hair without telling me before. It doesn't look the way I wanted, didn't cut as I wanted and repeatedly where mentioning that they close at 6, to come early, that they are slaves there. If they don't want to work just don't work but don't treat customers like that. I paid and they where rude saying yeah yeah bye bye, like rushing me to close. I can't believe the company has untrained people doing this job. I want to be remunerated for this horrible experience, I'll have to deal with a bad haircut at my job. THANK YOU VERY MUCH LADIES! :(
Supercuts - unfairly treated by my boss
Hello, my name is Guadalupe Jasso. I am an employee of Super Cuts and have been working with Super Cuts company for almost 8 months in the location in Pharr, Texas. They closed down that location and transferred me to Super Cuts in Mission, Texas. For some reason, the manager, Rosa E Cedillo has been treating me bad since I started working in that location and has been judging my work. For everything I did there was a complaint from her. She wouldn't let me do my job and would yell at me in front of customers and there has been times where she has interrupted me while I'm doing my job and humiliated me. Never has a customer complained about the job I have performed on them. I been working as a cosmetologist for 15 years and I know how to do my job correctly. I see it unfair that she was giving me that treatment. Not only had she been treating me in that manner, but other employees as well. Her attitude towards me made me want to stop going to my job at Super Cuts because she made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. I am making this complaint because they need to take act and make sure that the company knows how the manager Rosa E Cedillo treats her employees in general. Thank you.
I went to Islington London Supercuts on the 24/2/17 at 13:50pm i left. I have noticed there are longer bits. Pulling and ripping my hair nasty lady! I have taken photos. Supercuts - ridiculous job done with highlighting hair
I went to get highlights done and specifically asked the lady there that I want something darker than my hair color. I asked her can you show me the colors and I can tell you which one. She didn't show me and she did a blonde color. I hated it so I went there next day again and asked them to fix it and they started teaching me all the terminology stating you should have said low lights not highlights. No where in the website or their price board do they have anything mentioned as lowlights. How would a person know. They should always clarify with the customer what they want. So to fix it they just colored that hair to a darker color and when I shampoo after 24 hours all the color is gone! For my small short hair they charged me $70 and did such an awful job. Never get your highlights done from this location. Never!

I have been going to Supercuts for 4 1/2 months twice a week. Today the manager tells me I have not been charged enough all of these months. She increased my visits by $9.00 for each visit. She did not apology. She was not kind about it... She acted as if it was my fault somehow!!! She was very rude and unprofessional. Supercuts - butchered!
I went in for a simple trim and some thinning! I walked out with 3 diff lengths bald spots in the back and a crappy choppy "layered" look! I'm mortified I now have to take another 3 or 4 inches off to make it even and look like a little boy! I'm friggin traumatized I will never trust this place again! The training was with a woman in her late twenties with a very big ego. I'd like to say I have a pretty good read on people when I talk to them and I could tell right away that this trainer was a b***#%. I walked into Super Cuts in Shirley NY I told the hairdresser CHRISSY that I wanted ONLY the top trimmed, Well she didnt listen & While I was off guard she proceeded to cut the side of my hair below my ears & I screamed at her She cut a lot off I had to complain to the manager I will report this Salon & WONT QUIT UNTIL she is FIRED!, There are too many COMPLAINTS against them.

The hair stylist insisted I learn the reasons for her using scissor or trimmers. I explained - as I always do, that it doesn't matter, I just need a hair cut. Supercuts - employees do not care about their customers
I walked in to my supercuts appointment at 2:00. After waiting for ten minutes, I told the hairdresser that I wanted her to use the four. She said "four all the way around?" I said no, and to leave some hair on the top. She then ignored my last comment and gave me a buzz cut. When I complained, she said I should have told her more clearly, and maybe next time I should write down what I want so the employee won't get confused.
Supercuts - stay away
I was seated rudely for a haircut because I have long hair and the girl obviously did not want to be bothered. I did not want any of my long hair cut just cleaned up underneath and MAYBE have the ends cut.
I had put my own hair up and she left it that way instead of placing it out of the way to do her job. She proceeded to clipper the shorter hairs only to pull a large portion of my longer hair out of hold with the guard and she PROCEEDED TO CUT OFF THE LONG HAIR AS IF IT WERE NOTHING AT ALL! I said "you are cutting my my long hair", she said " Oh I am arent I" as she continued to cut even more off until I yelled STOP! She asked if I wanted someone else to cut my hair, of course I said "No I just want to leave". On my way out in a very condescending manor she yelled "Happy Easter", as if it was a big joke and I was happy about her treatment of me. This crosses the line and has affected me significantly.
Words cannot describe how angry I am. The length on my hair is from years of growth and their employee cut it off as if it was a joke. Even as I write this email my hair is still falling out from her cutting it!
I am concidering contacting a lawyer to inquire about damages.
I went to Supercuts for a hair cut on McNight Rd in North Hills, Pittsburgh, PA and my face was cut by the hairdresser's scissors in 3 places. I didn't realize until I got home. I was cut so bad it still won't heal. Stay away from Supercuts!Read full review
