Booked a vacation package through Sunwing from Feb 10 2026 to Feb 24 2026 booking number 143051133 paid for seats row 2B 2C round trip ($210) arrive at London air port to find our seats are now row 31 on return now in row 22(was told the plane was changed) filed a complaint Sunwing sent a code #02756185 to this day have not had any communication back I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Claimed loss: $210

Desired outcome: Please refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
