I booked the vacation on March 23/25. Booking # 143318253. I prepaid for seats on return flight Aug 07/25, seats 1B and 1C. But when I went to check in I noticed that we were assigned 1C and 2A. When I called customer service they said someone else booked before me and this was a system glitch issue. So I asked why no email since August 07/25 stating this issue and all she said was yes sunwing should have sent me an email. So then I rebooked the seats across the aisle from one another as this was the only option to sit by my wife close. The agent didn't bother to inform me that I was giving up premium seating also. My wife suffers from mental illness which this situation brought on a great deal of anxiety to say the least. I will be seeking legal counsel for this matter
