No Air Conditioning in two booked bungalows. Swipe card room keys which required multiple daily trips to the front desk to be reprogramed to gain room entry. Leaking ceiling in two rooms. Bathroom rife with black mold, Two bathroom towels daily for three people. Room conditions deplorable.

Live cockroaches in the dining hall buffet food. More cockroaches than food. Lack of sugar and coffee. Absolutely no condiments. Waiting 20 minutes to retrieve plates then to stand in line for 15 minutes to place food on plate.

Quantity, quality and selection of food. Non existent.

Been to Cuba 20 times and 2 times post covid and never experienced this before.

Paid for assigned seats. Not provided.

Recommendation: Do not patronize Starfish Varadero nor Sunwing. Run, run away and hide. Digusting and reprehensible.
