Sunoco - unethical behavior at sunoco in wayne nj

I've always filled up with premium gas at Sunoco. However I pulled into the Sunoco station at 560 Rt 46 in Wayne, NJ. I was charged $3.759 per gallon (premium). $1.00 per gallon more than any other Sunoco station I've been to. Foolish of me but I did'n't look at the posted price until filled up. I questioned the attendant about the price and he just smirked and ignored me. That is the last time I'll ever go to a Sunoco station.

Sunoco - kitchen services

Hi, I walked into the "Stripes" located on Thomason (store number 242) on 04/11/2017 around 430pm before work and the lady prepping the food was not wearing any safety gloves. I did not order any food at that point. It's too many germs going around for someone in that position to not follow the safety rules. Pls let them know that's not a good look!

Sunoco - employee / customer service

To whom it may concern, I hope this message reaches the correct person and this issue gets addressed swiftly and appropriately! On the morning of March 22, 2017 at approximately 4:00am I Stephen Coleman pulled into the Sunoco located at 111 North Cove Ter Oxon Hill MD in desperate need of assistance, my tire went flat and I needed air in it. When I came in...

Sunoco - aplus food service people

This morning, my husband and I went to Sunoco to get fuel and some breakfast. We ordered 2 sandwiches and paid while we waited. A few people ordered after us, and also stood in line. The 2 girls making the food kept looking at us while speaking a different language making it pretty obvious that they were talking about us. Literally every single person who came in after us got their food and left while we were still waiting. I asked how long before ours was ready since we ordered a while ago. I got a nasty look from her and she didn't answer me, walked away and proceeded to refill the plexi box with the pre-made sandwiches. I waited a minute and asked her again. She rudely responded that it'll be ready in a minute. After a few more minutes and speaking to the other csr in a different language while looking at me, my sandwich was ready. She put it aside (unwrapped) and started making other food! I finally had enough after 30mins of waiting and asked firmly to wrap it up and give it because I was done waiting. I go to that station almost every day. She has been consistently rude and I have yet to say something, but today was the last straw. I hope this issue can be resolved. My number is 561-727-0132. Please call me if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Kristina Calhoun

Sunoco - anna :cashier attitude/store policy vs state law?

I go into my local Sunoco station, one I use to visit on a daily basis.
I went in with my mother for whom I'm caretaker.we have no car @this moment my mother is disabled and needs help when in town.
And like anyone else my mom would like to have a drink of wine @the end of the day.
The girl cashier(anna) at your 2810w.walmut street location in Johnson city tn.
Refused to sell my mom her wine she varied that and I had everything else but because I didn't have a valid i.d the cashier said it was law that she couldn't ring it up cause I didn't have I'd.i knew that applies to adults trying to buy for minors and such.didnt think it extended to caretakers helping their family out and doin right thing.
But this cashier has sold cig and alchole to me in past and always just asked my birthday.
Bit anyhow.
I thought the cashiers where to id for anything anytime. Hate to be a whistle blower but my mother don't have transportation and it's very hard for her to make it out even on rd a month. Think ur employee lack discipline, and training and an im better than u attitude
Next thing goin to BBB.
And always someone hanging out talking with employees.
So where does Sunoco stand on. Caretakers just helping their loved ones or caretakers just doin their job.i myself am 35 ur old.my mother ? .(thats something u don't ask)but I know she would like to take part in her civil liberties.and a store that make up rules or what they call "laws".to make their self feel superior than any else . Their was no scene made @store .im trying to go thru proper channels here.
Either everyone needs to be id everytime or you need to straighten this store out.
It is closest store and there are times I have to walk so I don't have much choice.otherr than to get this cleared up. Will be awaiting the change @stire or reply from a real person not an automaton.or auto rep once software.
Or recording .a real answer if u please.

Sunoco - charged for unpumped gas

On December 15, 2016 around 5:30ish I was leaving my son's wrestling match and was unfamiliar with the area so I goggled the closet gas station so that I could get gas and head home on a very windy and cold night. My gap's showed me that Chamberlayne Farms operated by Sunoco and Auto, when I arrived I noticed the gas prices where higher than most so I decided to only put $10 in so I could get home and get the remaining else where. I sat in my vehicle while it pumped but never heard anything like I normally do.

I noticed on my gas reading that it never changed and went in to tell the gentleman working what had happened, he was one of the rudest people I have every dealt with. He took what I said and made it seem as if I was lying or was trying get one over on him. At one point while telling him what happened he just walked inside of the store with out saying anything to me. He then tells his manager and they tell me something is wrong with my car that it is not their pumps, but when they pumped another $10 in my gauge never moved. I made sure to pay for the gas and I was told by the rude man that he got off at 5:30 and I was holding him up which I apologized for since I didn't realize a gas station would be closing at prime time. I am disgusted on how I was treated when I was telling them they had a pump problem and how they handled the situation, and I will never go back.

After leaving there I went to another gas station Parham Pit Stop and put $20 with no problems.

Sunoco - customer service

I am writting this to let you know how disgusted I am about the way my daughter was treated this evening at one of your stores. She just finished a 10 hour shift waitressing and wanted to buy cigarettes and enough gas to get home but all she had was her tip money on her. Thinking quarters are money she entered the store approached a not so friendly clerk by the name of "Tricia" who clearly showed her aggravation and frustration that my daughter was making her purchace and paying with quarters. She even stated we are about to close and your paying with change. Shame on you Sunoco you should probably train your clerks to be a bit more courteous to their customers. We will use Cumberland Farms from now on they accept our hard earned quarters.

Sunoco - staff

Hello,

My name is emanuella another working class citizen, I was at the gas station last night. My husband went in to purchase cigarettes, but forgot his ID. The cashier Christine sold my husband cigarettes two days before that without any ID. My husband reminded her she did so and she began to then raise her voice. My husband came out to me and asked me to go in and get them. I went in the store and before I could even speak a word she began to yell at me about how she was not able to sell me cigarettes, and she needed his ID. Now I didn't even tell her what I wanted before she began to speak to me inappropriately. I get my husband forgot his ID but she sold him cigarettes before that's why he was surprised she was yelling and speaking inappropriately when she said no. Now I went in and she did this big scene for no reason, I was someone else trying to purchase something and she kept telling me how the policy was she needed his ID. How it was the law and she had to deny me service. Can someone please help me understand why that happened and why did she get so disrespectful. I didn't get to say one word before I was attacked about his ID and her boss said she couldn't. I would like to report her or something. I live a few blocks from the gas station and did go there often. I dont understand why this would be a problem
Well maybe someone can watch the video from last night 7/21/2016 after 10pm. This was the station on 245 Ontario street Cohoes NY 12047. Her name was Christine, she works at night.

Thank You
Emanuella

Sunoco - pump refusal and racial remark by owner

Got gas here for last 4 months. Everything was good except for today 4/29/2015 when I had to call the Police for being threatened verbally by the manager because he doesn't approve of me using only Pump # 3 at his station. I had bad results on more than 1 occasion giving me less gas than I paid for but Pump 3 seemed Ok. I liked the one assistant manager...

Sunoco - id/cigarettes

First off, I understand that we ALL need Photo ID nowadays BUT, common sense I think is needed more. Our youth does not have any of it I'm afraid. I am a 40 year old male with grey hair, married with kids. I recently purchased gas from a local Sunoco station with my Corporate Sunoco gas card by doing so at the outside pump (no interaction with people and...

Sunoco - false police reports by manager

The district & store manager sent fraudulent documents and gave false testimony to the unemployment office so I peacefully protested on city property 3-4-13 thru 3-9-13. The asst. Manager made false complaints to the 911 dispatchers and said that I was "standing on sunoco property" the police realized that she lied then left all four or five times. The District, Store & Asst. managers allow certain employee's to steal cigarettes, do second party sales, force us to clock them in or out, engage in mutual combat or horseplay until someone starts to bleed but if someone fights for their rights now they want to call the police.
just my opinion

Sunoco - self service reciepts

You see ads about stolen id's on the tv but nobody seem to fix this problem. Pump gas and you have to get a reciept from the cashier because of paper jams or no paper in printer at pump. Tell the cashier and they just say paper jam and print the reciept inside which is ok but getting it at the pump is call self service. If they ever fix the printer i'm sure...

Sunoco - suppressed grievance

I am still waiting for copies of my grievance against the district manager (Tom) for encouraging the store managers and Vallerie to lie by pulling me in the office for invisible customer complaints because I told him about the out of control horseplay between the managers, the racial slurs directed at me and the company, the asst. manager being...

Sunoco - suppressed grievance

The employee compliance hotline workers have been telling me since October 2012 that my grievances against the district manager (Tom), cashier (Vallerie), store managers (Rick & Rita) and legal advisor (Micheko) are on the way. This has been going on since last Christmas. We should not have to let managers touch us, get drunk with them or clock them in or...

Sunoco - #. manager has touchy feely problem

Tom the district manager told me that he would have another meeting between me, Vallerie, Rita and Rick when the stores renovations are done by the end of the month and I really need Hellen his boss to be there to figure out why Rita and Vallerie keep saying that I am being rude to invisible customers and he is standing by them instead of correcting on the spot.

Sunoco - asst. manager has touchy feely problem

On Monday I went to Sunoco to pick up an employee handbook and Tom the district manager asked if he could speak to me, he asked me to clock in and we went out back. He asked what happened between me and the DHL guy last week, I have been working night shifts for weeks so I don't understand how me and this individual could have had a confrontation if he only comes in between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Rita and Vallerie have been calling Tom to the store and accusing me of being rude to invisible customers since June and he is not addressing the issue with them. I have asked Mitch and Kate to have Hellen (Toms boss) come into the store to oversee what is really going on but Mitch told me that is impossible because Tom is a district manager. Rita has touched my breast inappropriatly twice by the grill and forced me to look at her husband half nude by the office and upper management is treating it like the Penn State situation by ignoring the problem and trying to fire me becuase I complained about the abuse, Rick and Rita earlflick each other until they draw blood, I also told Tom about Rita telling me that she will destroy Tiffany and take everything that she has if she sues her. Rita also said that the only reason Tiffany won her unemployment hearing is because Rick forgot his laptop. I shouldn't have been moved to night shift because I don't want Rita touching me and keep declining her offer to go out drinking after work and I don't appreciate Vallerie's racist rants against the Company because she had her time at the top and blew it 20 years ago. Tom, Rita, Vallerie and Rick have been pulling me in the office since June for fraudulent complaints instead of Tom asking Rita and Vallerie what is your problem.

Sunoco - dhl employee is a liar

I was at Sunoco this morning to pick up my employee handbook and the district manager Tom asked what happened between me and the DHL guy last week. Hello! I have been slammed with night shifts for weeks so where does this altercation come in when Mr. Dunlap told me in July that this employee is not allowed in the store anymore and is not to get involved...

Sunoco - fraud

I took my truck to this station in 2010 for inspection. They run a special 39.99 for inspection and emissions. When I went to pick it up they said it passed emissions but failed the inspection because the ball joint was bad. I said but my son is a certified mechanic and he replaced the ball joint about 1 yr prior. They're response was "its bad and needs to be replaced". I calle my son that night and he said there was no way it went bad that fast so, that weekend he got under my car and measured whatever it was he had to measure and said it was worn but was within limits and should have passed. My son called them and told them about the work he did on it and the measurment he did for inspection purposes and told them that they should not have failed the inspection and gave them a chance to rethink and correct their mistake and they refused. Next step was to report them to state police. The police contacted me, met me at the station, made them reinspect the ball joint and prove that it didn't pass well, they were warned and fined by the state police because it should have passed. My son at the time was working for an auto dealer that did not do their own inspections or I would have taken my truck to him. A ball joint replacement costs back then 3-4-500.000? I fear to think how many people they did this to before they got caught. I'm sure if you needed to you could check with the state police in Trevose to verify

Sunoco - rude employee

Stopped for gas 4/17/12, at the Sunoco in Denville on Route 10 and Franklin rd. the attendant was too lazy to come to the window to get my credit card, I opened the passenger side door to give him my credit card. After pumping the gas he handed me back my credit card and I asked for a receipt, he got upset that I asked for it he asked me "you want a receipt?" I told him yes I need it for an expense account (not that I should have to explain anything to him). crossed his arms after punching the button on the pump and kept shaking his head back and forth, When he handed the receipt to me I thanked him only to have him open my passenger side door open fully then walk away to wait on some one else. I sat there in disbelief for a few moments, I had to get out of my car to close the door, he watched me with a smile on his face. I walked over to him and told him " thank you for closing my door" I will NEVER go back to this station and I will be happy to let everyone else know to not waste their time or money there as well.
