Fund deducted from debit card not refunded after fail to fill the gas.

On the 28/02/2020 I paid Rm30 using my debit card at a station in Skudai. But gas not delivered since I reached my vehicle after 2 minutes which is a limited time. The kiosk staff refused to refund me and comforted me by saying that the amount deducted will be refunded within 3 working days back in to my account. They made me pay another Rm30 to fill the gas. I checked my account today, the amount deducted is still not refunded till now. I am making this complaint since this is my second time. I lost my Rm50 two years ago due to the act of negligence of a Bangladeshi kiosk worker, who then promised similarly that the amount deducted would refunded within 3 working days.. which is just not happening till today.. yet again another incident. The amount deducted sounds very small but I prefer to donate it to someone homeless. Kindly assist me to recover my Rm30 which I don't wish to donate to Petronas. Thanks & Regards.

Disappointed by malay women behaviour

Pada 07.02.2020 jam lebih kurang 07:45 pagi, saya berhenti di petronas koperasi felda sebertak bhd untuk pergi ke tandas dan membeli sedikit makanan.

Ketika saya ingin mengunakan tandas ada seorang staff yang sedang membasuh kaki lima tandas. Saya meminta izin staff berkenaan mengunakan tandas kerana menghormati beliau yang sedang mencuci kawasan kaki lima tandas (note: tandas bahagian dalam sudah siap di cuci). Teguran saya di sambut dengan pandangan yang tidak berpuas hati dan muka yang masam.

Saya harap pengurusan petronas lebih menitikberatkan elemen good staff behaviour among workplace dan menghormati semua pelanggan yang menggunakan perkhidmatan di petronas. Saya di layan dengan sungguh tidak professional.

Hi. Just now I went to petronas ara damansara. I found out that you workers (cashier) are so rude to the customer. Just now, my dad made payment for fuel, but your bangla staff were so slow to make it. Then, when I come to the counter and asked "why so slow?" and your female staff "which pumps?!" with loud voice and so rude! Please improve your customer service!!!

I give her money to pay, but when she wants to return the balance, shes simply 'balks' the balance over the counter. In fact, I gave her a paycheck right in her hand. why shes so rude? management team, please hire better people. I work with customer service too. when I gently reprimanded her to gave balance hand-to-hand for next time, she obviously shout something rude to me when i walk thru the door. Lucky her, i still have my patient. if I hadn't thrown this mineral bottle to her face. It's female, with scarf, around 920pm @ 30December2019.

Pada 1.12.2019 jam lebih kurang 1050 hrs, saya pergi ke kaunter luar petronas Jambu jerteh jinjang utara untuk membuat pembayaran, di depan saya iaitu di kaunter terdapat seorang perempuan melayu bertudung dan memakai baju petronas dipercayai staff petronas jambu jerteh dan ketika itu hanya membiarkan sahaja saya diluar dan tidak langsung memandang saya atau memberi Isyarat sedang sibuk.

Saya kemudiannya telah memangil dan mengetuk tingkap kaunter dan serentak dengan itu tiba tiba staff perempuan itu berang dan mengamuk mengatakan saya tidak prihatin padanya. Selepas itu saya masuk ke dalam premis untuk membeli makanan ringan dan beritahunya untuk meminta maaf atas kesalahann ya, tetapi yang berlaku adalah sebaliknya dimana dia bersikap tidak professional dan very rude terhadap saya dan profession saya di hadapan semua pelanggan di premis tersebut. Dia langsung tidak mahu meminta maaf dan sehingga saya keluar dari premis tersebut dia masih memaki hamun di dalam premis itu.

Selepas kejadian itu, saya menghubungi [protected] iaitu Petronas jalan Jambu jerteh dan minta supaya diberi nama staff perempuan tersebut, sebaliknya saya di hubungkan dengan staff perempuan itu sendiri dan dia sekali lagi bersikap biadap dengan tidak mengendahkan permintaan saya dan seperti sedang membuat urusan lain ketika bercakap dengan saya. Pada waktu itu saya berkali kali meminta nama nya tetapi tidak diendahkan dan dia pula mahu nama saya. Very insolent. Seterusnya saya minta di sambung kan dengan manager tetapi dia kata manager cuti, manager tidak kerja hari ini.

Saya harap pengurusan Petronas lebih menitikberatkan elemen good staff behaviour among workplace dan menghormati semua pelanggan yang menggunakan perkhidmatan di petronas. Saya di layan dengan sungguh tidak professional. sewaktu saya sedang bertugas.dan memakai uniform kerja, imagine what she would do to other customer?

Yesterday 14.11.2019 around [protected] i had go to one petronas station at:-

By using credit card i fill fuel here, after when fully feel, the pump and the socket head from the pipe to the pump head are removed and the oil continues to flow continuously. I immediately looked for the emergency stop button on the machine but did not find the button. the oil kept flowing so that I was there and sprayed with a lot of oil. The pause was stopped after my wife informed the counter, so it was very dangerous because no maintanance had been made regarding the condition of the host pipe pump. and no emergency button.

I went to this petrol station pump petrol at pump no 9, due to the timing to work, I stop the pump at amount rm31.18. Then I drive the car toward petaling jaya.

After I reached bandar Kinrara and I have noticed my car petrol indicator still at the bottom low, and my car screen showing remaining petrol only can drive up to 38km.

Then I drive to shell petrol station to continue pump my petrol to ensure my car in good condition. Gratefully, the fuel indicator increase 2bar and remaining petrol show can drive 210km.

I returned to the petrol station at persiaran puncak jalil, the staff said no body complain and cannot take my complain. And no action can be take.

Please refund the unsupply petrol money.

As i know this Cold Brew- Citrus isn't my taste at all (THIS DRINK TASTE THE WORST AMONG OTHERS CAN DRINK IN MALAYSIA). As he didn't tell me purchased 3 NESCAFE can drink can have (ONLY) THIS WORST TASTE DRINK AFTER I TOOK COLD BREW- LATTE. And he switched the drink without telling me while I went to get this 3 NESCAFE- MOCHA DRINK. and i bought it without knowing it.

Around 7.30pm, when I'm queuing at the PETRONAS cashier for 15 minutes, the foreigner worker totally ignore me when is my turn and serve the next customer behind me. I ask him why you serve others people instead of me? He didn't reply me anything and show me the angry face. May be the customer behind me was his friend but please lah, why let a rude foreigner become a cashier?

Staff from Petronas Dagangan Berhad is the worst in the industry. I'm not sure is their English failed or ability of understanding is a problem, been repeating few times asking them regarding receipt issue then they keep answer things is not related to it. I have received your email from Mohd Taufik Ngatman pertaining to the cancellation of the interview session which was scheduled at 11 am today (21/8/2019).

I was taken aback that the cancellation was due to the reason that I have no Degree Certificate which related to the advertised job. It is so unprofessional of you individually and company as a whole for your failure to properly check my education background before calling me for an interview.

Cards payment unavailable, went to the counter and questioned about it. The cashier was Syahirah Abd Rasid (9000), she answered in a rude way: " Memang tak boleh function." I further questioned about the reason of it, expected to have a clearer clarification. A man (didn't manage to have a look of his name) shouted at me: Offline Offline! Itu bukan masalah saya, kenapa tanya saya?

I asked in a polite way. But he acted like a gangster. On my way back to my car, he stormed out with a helmet in his hand and stared at me. I am not too sure what he wanted to do, but I dont feel safe to go there anymore.

I am demanding Petronas to take this issue seriously. Terrible experience and will never ever going back to this outlet anymore.

staff are sucks, lazy, unfair treatment, bad customer service

The workers at Petronas MRR2 Ampang (Tesco) are sucks, lazy, unfair treatment, bad customer service. It was happened on 31/5/2019 and 6/6/2019. This is not the first/second time. I bought e-voucher via Lazada and receive code thru SMS.

During redemption on 31/5/2019, around 7.30pm, the staff told me to come back tomorrow (day time) as he does not know how to do it. I was thinking as a staff should given full training and knowledge on how to work/assist on redemption process. If he does not know, why can't he call his manager? Or refer to other staff who knows. He just does not care and just ask me to come back on tomorrow. What a such bad customer service or I could just quote "he such a lazy bump". It is OK and I pump petrol using credit card instead. Please refer to CCTV during that period.

I went to redeem again at the same petrol station on 6/6/2019 day time, staff1 said the person know not in and advised me to wait. In fact, I am on que and still allow other customers to proceed first. Then, staff2 came and assist me to redeem. Staff2 seem does not know how and ask staff 1. Immediately, staff 1 show it to him (just touch/scroll which less than 5 seconds). I confronted him it why staff1 does not do earlier. He replied just now was long que. This is unfair treatment and bad customer.

I am very angry and upset on staff1 rude behaviour/lazy attitude. Since staff1 know how to do it (by show to staff2), why can't staff1 go thru mine first instead request me to wait? I asked, what make me difference from other customers? Staff1 just keep silence, play dumb and pretending nothing happen. He is not even apology to me. By any chance require to walk-in and deal with staffs again, I will choose not to use their service. SUCK!!

I'm writing this to complaint about a staff who behave very rude to a customer. Around 4pm I came petronas to withdrawl money. Before i made a withdrawal, i saw a indian man was trying to withdrawl money from ATM but unfortunately, his card has been stucked in the machine. That man called a malay staff (girl) for help. That girl also was helping him by explaning how to get back his card. Suddenly, there was a bangla guy came out. I had noticed his name from name tag. His name is SALIM. That bangla guy started to shout to the malay girl who helping the man. He behave so rude. He blackmail the girl that he will cut off her salary if she helps any of the customer. He behave so rude to the indian man too. If he is a supervisor there, is that he can be rude to anyone? This is not first time. Actually its a second time I'm sawing that he behaving like this. First time i saw he behave so rude to a indian lady. I dont know what kind of service is this. Before you gave him a supervisor pose, you should train him HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER. This is so ridiculous. I hope the boss will train him as much as possible and this is won't be repeated. Thank you

saya ingin membuat aduan tentang petronasgiftcard. Pada 4/12/2019 jam 2:07 petang saya ada menghantar emel pada [protected]@petronas.com untuk permohonan kad petronas gift baru dan memindah kan jumlah duit yg terkandung dalam kad petronas gift lama saya kepada baru. Saya juga ada menghantar permohonan pembaharuan kad di stesen minyak petronas bukit indah johor pada 6/12/2019 jam 3:43 petang. Pihak petronas menjanjikan proses pembaharuan akan mengambil masa 3 hingga 7 hari waktu bekerja. Namun, setelah 7 hari bekerja tiada maklum balas dari pihak mereka. Saya ada mengikuti perkembangan proses pembaharuan kad dengan menghubungi petronas di talian [protected] pada 20/04/2019 jam 5:31 petang, 7/05/2019 jam 9:57 pagi dan 22/05/2019 jam 9:57 pagi. Namun begitu, sehingga hari ini saya masih lagi tidak dapat sebarang maklum balas dari pihak petronasgiftcard. Tujuan aduan adalah untuk mendapatkan hak saya secepat mungkin.

    100%Fake because I also have received from same and I have contacted HIBISCUS TRAVEL AGENCY that named given on email but telephone is fake then I searched HIBISCUS TRAVEL AGENCY on google.com Malayshia then I have found same company same address but telephone/mobile No totally different then took number and added contacted on Whatapp this company they told it is fake.     I got letter also for HR officer from same Rashed. This co is genuine in Malaysia but these frauds people using the name of Petronas..but in letter they mentioned www.petronamy.com when u ll click that link it will not be open..so pls dnt believe or dont pay anytjing to agent..

lambat kemaskini pembayaran

Syarikat kami telah membuat pembayaran bil bulan March pada 18/4/2019.
2/5/2019 pemandu-pemandu kami telah memberitahu bahawa kad smartpay tidak boleh digunakan. Say telah hubungi pegawai khidmat pelanggan untuk mengetahui status masalah ini. Sungguh berdukacita saya diberitahu oleh pegawai tersebut bahawa pihak mereka belum mengemaskini pembayaran yang telah kami buat april lalu. Saya telah menghantar bukti pembayaran melalui email, setelah 4 hari selepas aduan kad kad smartpay masih tidak boleh digunakan lagi.

Masalah ini berlaku diatas kecuaian kerja pihak petronas. kami telah membuat pembayaran awal akan tetapi pihak mereka lambat mengemaskini butiran pembayaran, akibatnya kami tidak boleh menggunakan kad tersebut. Kami telah tersekat dalam masalah disebabkan mereka tidak membuat kerja dengan betul.

Berapa lama lagi perlu kami menanggung kesalahan orang lain??? Bila kami tanya jawapan mereka "kami masih lagi membuat siasatan" what??????

Hi. saya salah seorang pelanggan petronas di petronas damansara damai. pada 1/05/2019 saya telah ke petronas damansara damai untuk gunakan perkhidmatan ATM di situ dan saya telah membeli barang di dalam kedai petronas. staf yang bertugas ketika itu adalah seorang staf perempuan yang masih dalam latihan, pasangan dia berkerja sekali adalah seorang warga bangladesh. saya nak complaint berkenaan ketiadaan duit syiling 5sen di dalam kaunter staf. saya bukan nak berkira. tapi kalau ramai pelanggan dia bagi alasan tak ada duit syiling 5 sen, berapa dah duit dia jadi over dalam kaunter tu. saya tak salahkan staf baru tu, tapi staf bangla tu..sebab dia siap cakap kat staf baru tu "kalau kita tak ada duit 5 sen, mintak dengan customer, klu customer tak ada kita tak payah bagi" saya pernah kerja di 7 eleven. di 7 eleven ada satu mesin duit tukar di bawah kaunter. tak kan dekat petronas tak ada sistem macam tu. kalau seorang je yang dia tak bagi baki lagi 5 sen tu tak apa la. ni hampir setiap pelanggan dia tak bagi baki.

Hai, saya menulis hanya sekadar ingin meluahkan sedikit kekecewaan saya terhadap staf petronas (pic yang handle tentang permohonan smartpay kad first timer). Banyak kali saya emel kepada beliau, namun jawapan yang saya dapat seolah-olah tidak menjawab soalan saya. Ya, saya faham balas emel lambat mungkin kerana anda terlalu sibuk tapi apa yang mengecewakan saya adalah staf tersebut tidak menjawab soalan saya. Dipendekkan cerita, saya ada emel pic tersebut pada 15/4 untuk memaklumkan beliau tentang pertukaran alamat pejabat kami. Beliau ada membalas emel tersebut pada 18/4, namun apa yang beliau jawab adalah bukan berkenaan tentang application saya. Beliau hantar pada saya berkenaan application pemohon lain dan apabila saya meminta penjelasan tentang perkara tersebut selepas itu tiada dah membalas emel saya. Apa yang mengecewakan saya adalah sekarang kad tersebut sudah pon di pos ke alamat pejabat lama saya dan ini menambahkan lagi kerja saya. Sudah lebih sebulan saya memohon kad ini. Untuk pengetahuan, saya memohon online pada 26/2/19.

Pada 18/4/2019 antara jam 10.05 am pagi saya menghubungi syarikat petronas, klcc di talian 03-[protected]. seorang wanita menjawab panggilan tersebut. saya memaklumkan kepadanya bahawa saya memerlukan alamat surat-menyurat human resources department di syarikat petronas bagi melengkapkan cover letter (surat permohonan kerja). saya langsung tidak diberkan alamat tersebut. saya diberitahu bahawa permohonan kerja boleh dibuat di lamanweb petronas. apabila saya cuba bertanya hal yang sama kepada kakitangan tersebut, beliau tidak menjawab soalan saya dan beliau dengan sengaja membiarkan panggilan tersebut (saya dapati nada berlagu dalam talian) dan akibat menunggu agak lama saya menamatkan panggilan tersebut.

Pada 18/4/2019 antara jam 10.15 am pagi saya cuba menghubungi sekali lagi syarikat petronas, klcc di talian 03-[protected]. seorang wanita lain menjawab panggilan tersebut. saya memaklumkan kepada beliau bahawa saya memerlukan alamat surat menyurat human resources department di syarikat petronas bagi melengkapkan cover letter (permohonan kerja) saya tetapi pihak beliau langsung tidak memberikan alamat tersebut dengan alasan tiada human resources department mahupun recruitment department di petronas klcc. saya agak kecewa dengan jawaban yang tidak munasabah daripada beliau. saya juga diberitahu oleh beliau bahawa permohonan kerja boleh dibuat melalui lamanweb petronas. beliau juga memberitahu kepada saya bahawa sekiranya saya cuba menghantar surat, resume atau apa-apa yang berkaitan permohonan kerja maka pihak yang menerima surat tersebut akan memasukkan ke dalam tong sampah. saya terkejut dan kecewa dengan sikap biadap dan tidak profesional kakitangan di pusat panggilan tersebut.

Saya ingin pihak yang berkenaan di dalam syarikat petronas memberikan penjelasan dan jawapan daripada soalan di bawah :-

1) adakah benar seperti dimaklumkan oleh kakitangan pusat panggilan petronas di talian [protected] bahawa pihak human resources/recruitment department petronas akan membuang semua surat permohonan kerja, resume dan berkaitan melalui serahan pos/tangan/email dan lain lain lagi akan dibuang ke dalam tong sampah? adakah ini menjadi suatu tradisi di syarikat petronas?

2) adakah benar seperti dimaklumkan oleh kakitangan oleh kakitangan pusat panggilan petronas di talian 03-[protected] bahawa syarikat petronas tiada human resources/recruitment department?

3) adakah benar syarikat petronas tidak membenarkan kakitangan di pusat panggilan petronas di talian 03-[protected] untuk memberikan alamat surat-menyurat human resources department kepada sesiapa yang menghubungi mereka?

4) adakah kakitangan di pusat panggilan petronas di talian [protected] tidak berpengetahuan tentang syarikat petronas?

Dengan ini, saya berharap agar pihak yang bertanggungjawab di syarikat petronas menjawap segala pertanyaan dan kemusykilan saya ini. prihatin, nilai murni dan sikap profesional daripada pihak kakitangan syarikat petronas terutama di pusat panggilan petronas di talian 03-[protected] dapat dipertingkatkan.
