Sunoco - Possible contamination of gas

Fuel contamination possible from my local gas station.
Sunoco 11901 Landstar BLVD. Orlando Florida 32824 My vehicle is currently at the dealer getting diagnosed and having the fuel tested. They stated possible fuel contamination waiting on the fuel test results etc. I alway used this gas station to fuel my vehicle and I have receipts to prove it. I'm notifying you in case the test results come back positive for contamination of gas in which Sunoco would and should be held reliable for all or any repairs made to my vehicle to correct the issues caused by the contamination of gas at their service station. I patiently await your response in to this serious matter.

Thank You :
Kimba Stimpson
Ada Quinones

Desired outcome: All cost of Repairs etc. to vehicle

Hi Kimba and Ada, My husband just went through an entire gas line and fuel tank drainage for his car. He only used Sunoco 94 octane (will not use Sunoco ever again). He even had all the receipts. The dealer service center found nothing found wrong with his car except that the gas was contaminated. The dealer specifically described the issue as "contaminated fuel" on the service receipt. It cost him almost $1000 for repairs. I called them, they sent a form for him to fill out. We sent it. No response. Sent it again. No response. They didn't assign it a case number and have not contacted him. I am wondering what happened with your issue?

I don't understand why they have a form already set up for fuel problems and they don't reply. I am considering filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and other agencies that can help pay for this expense. It's pretty obvious their fuel was contaminated for both of us. It's possible the stations are getting low-end fuel on the side and using Sunoco's name, but that's not our fault. They should be liable for something like that. In any case, they should pay you and us.
