Sun-Times Media We havent received our papers for over a week

We havent received our papers for over a week. I have called 3x with no resolution! We have paid almost $100 for our papers re entry and no resolution yet. We are LONG term customers. This is unacceptible and fraud!

Sun-Times Media I called the *** to cancel my subscription

I called the *** to cancel my subscription. They said I can't get my money back even though I paid till February 2022! I told the boss I didn't know about this rule when I signed up; he said it's in the small words on their website. Can you please help me get my money back? I'm an old person with not much money. Thanks a lot for your help.

Sun-Times Media I renewed my subscription for home delivery of the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, hopin that their delivery issues had been resolved

I renewed my subscription for home delivery of the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, hopin that their delivery issues had been resolved. The deliveries got much worse than in previous years. I talked to a supervisor at the Chicago Sun-Times askin' for a full refund of my $150.00 for not receivin' my papers. I am a senior on a fixed income. They claim there are no refunds for lousy delivery, only extensions of paper delivery which I cannot keep track of. I have been a reader of their paper for 45 years. I am tired of payin' for lousy service. Please Help. Have A Blessed day.

Sun-Times Media On 9/23, I talked to a customer service rep to place an order for mail delivery to a correctional facility

On 9/23, I talked to a customer service rep to place an order for mail delivery to a correctional facility. They didn't tell me that the papers would be a week late. They said the papers would start right away. I called multiple times to find out why the paper wasn't delivered on time, and only yesterday, on 10/12, was I told that the papers are a week behind. I asked for the papers to stop and requested a refund, as well as for the call to be reviewed. A supervisor told me that they would need to check with higher-ups to see if I can get my money back. They said someone would call me back, but I haven't received any calls yet. My account number is ***, and I expect service from Monday to Saturday.

Sun-Times Media I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. For the past 15 years, I've been paying electronically. The invoice for December was sent in December, paid electronically on 12/30, and delivered on 12/31. In January, I started receiving messages from the collection department. I sent a scan of the December invoice to customer service and got a response on the 25th of January. In February, I sent another message to the customer service email. They thanked me for my patience and said they were working to find the payment. This weekend, they canceled our subscription because they said we didn't pay. Their finance department has a big problem. No one else had issues with our electronic payment. It's really upsetting that they haven't been able to find the mistake and punished us for their incompetence. I want our paper delivery back and my account credited correctly. They obviously put our payment on someone else's account. I'm sure other customers are facing the same problem. It's shocking how incompetent they are. I would greatly appreciate your help.
