Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Enamel clad saucepans

Martha Stewart 2-Quart saucepan purchased from Macy's Sherman Oaks - when cooking with it recently it 'popped' and several pieces of the enamel on the bottom of the pan shot off into the food leaving a large black gap in the enamel. I have several Martha Stewart saucepans and I use this saucepan often but this is not the first time - this happened with a 1-Quart saucepan from a previous set of Martha Stewart Saucepans and I just replaced that one - but since this has happened again, I am bringing to your attention. Is this a known issue? Please see photos uploaded. Are they under lifetime warranty.

Desired outcome: replaced cookware

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia I have a 6 quart enamel pot I purchased about a year ago & the enamel is coming off in circles from the bottom of the pot

I purchased the 6 quart white enamel Dutch oven about a year to 1.5 year ago. I use it for sauce & soups so not very often. I noticed while using it small circular pieces of enamel were coming off the bottom. I only use wooden or silicone utensils in the pot. I am very disappointed in this product, I expected more. I saved the enamel from the bottom also.

Thank you for any feedback

Trying to get a hold of Martha Stewart customer service is a quixotic adventure. They are ALWAYS closed and the voice mail box is full. If you purchased from Sam's Club, they will refund it (that what happened with me).

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Frying psns

I purchase frying pans and they smell really bad. The rubber of the handle is melting and burning. Horrible strong smell. How can you sell these products? I want a refund. If I would have known they would smell like this i wouldn't have bought them. I threw the others out. I said let me try another one and here we go again. Stinks bad like burning rubber.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia 4 qt Martha Stewart enamel cast iron pot

Only had it a month and the lid chipped. Extremely careful with my item. Martha Stewart Customer Service gave zero help. So frustrating. They won't stand behind their product unless purchased from their website. You can buy her line in many different stores. No help !

Purchased in February 2022.

Desired outcome: New lid for my pot. or tell me how to repair the chip.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Hanging egg chair exposed sharp wires

Metal spikes are popping out of the chair "wicker" detail. The edges are sharp and I have been scratched and cut a bunch of times in addition to getting clothing caught on them. There seems to be metal type wire wrapped in a sheath. The wire pops out past the sheath and is extremely sharp. It looks as though they melted plastic to hold in these metal wires in the designs, but the melted ends do not hold and the metal pops out. Ive tried hand pushing these wires back in, but they do not stay and I can't see a way to repair them. I love the chair, I just would like it to be repaired.

Desired outcome: Repair or replacement

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia 7 qt enamel cast iron round casserole

I received this dish as Christmas present and was so ex item to use. I opened the box to use today to make my first Dutch oven bread. When I took out of the oven, the knob on the lid broke off. There is nothing left to hold on to even open it. Very the frustrating. I know it came from Macy's, but when I called them they said since "I" did not purchase the warranty was not valid. This is an expensive give that should hold to to be used as directed. Please help!'

Missy

Desired outcome: New lid or screw on topper.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia 7 quart oval Martha Stewart enameled cast iron Dutch oven

I was given a beautiful red Martha Stewart Dutch oven from a friend that is exactly what I need; recently however, I noticed that the enamel had a chip in it that continues to chip. I am hesitant to cook in it, as the chips could get into the food. I'm bitterly disappointed, as it is such a great size and weight. Is there a way to repair it? Is there a chance that it can be replaced? I see it was recalled in 2011. Can it still be exchanged? Thank you.

Desired outcome: Repair? Replace?

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia 5 quart Dutch oven

Purchased at Macy's. I waited several months to use and after opening box found a chip on the base of the pan. Difficult to understand that it could be sold without disclosure of the defect and/or be do cheaply made that it would destruct while stored. Never used and concerned that chip will get worse if used and into food. I paid a premium for Martha Stewart brand. Very disappointed. Manufacturer defect for sure.

Desired outcome: Refund

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Stainless steel cookware

I purchased some of your frying pans and I hate them! They smell really bad when i use them, almost like the handle is melting, it's a hot metal and plastic smell even while on a low heat setting, which is ridiculous considering ITS A FRYING PAN which is intended to be hot. Horrible products won't buy again or recommend to anyone. I also intend on writing a consumer review for this product.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Martha Stewart 6 Quart Pot

Hello, I've had this pot for several years - purchased from Macy's. However, my husband and I rarely cook or use this. We make chili once a year in it. The handle began chipping after a wash which really breaks my heart because we store the pot on top of our stove because it is so attractive. I love Martha Stewart items and own several but was shocked when this happened. Is there anything that can be done to repair this?

One of the photos shows the chip. The other photos show the type of product.

Please advise.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia 6qt cast iron dutch oven

I spent about $150 on the Dutch oven, only for it to chip within 2 weeks. I make sure to take care of my Dutch oven, by hand washing only. The top of the pan chipped and started to rust. The bottom of the pan also became discolored within a week. For spending $150 you would think you would get QUALITY cookware. I will never purchase anything Martha Stewart ever again! When I looked it up online, I see nothing but complaints about their cookware too. I should of did my research, but you'd think with her name behind it, it would be great quality. I am so disappointed in your company, Martha! I should of just spent more for le creuset! Do not buy any of their products!

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Cast iron enameled 6 qt pot

Had purchased Martha Stewart 6 qt cast iron enameled pot at Macy's. After the first use in the oven the enamel chipped off the lid into the food I was cooking. I cannot use the pot anymore. I tried to call Macy's customer service, who told me that I should contact Martha Stewart company. The customer service phone number for Martha Stewart is only for the magazine subscriptions. Customer service at magazine subscriptions gave me a [protected]@marthasrewart.com email for contact re defective items. I sent them two email messages, a did not receive reply.

Do not purchase Martha Stewart cast iron pots - they are Chinese made garbage. I have Le Creuset cast iron French oven for over 30 years, use it all the time, and nothing ever happened to it.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia 10 inch culinary nonstick frying pan

This frying pan came in a cookware set. I got this in December 2019. The 10 inch nonstick pan is completely burnt inside even though I never burn my food the bottom of it is completely greased out looks like it just leaks out of the bottom. I would like a replacement frying pan for this. I can send pictures of what it looks like I can send a picture of the bottom. That's all I'm asking for not even one year old yet and ruined. The 12 inch frying pan is fine as is all of the boiling pots that I've got in that set. This is the only pan that is completely ruined and I don't know why

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia martha stewart seal harbour bathroom vanity

I loved this product when I saw it online, I put new knobs on and I thought it fit perfectly in our new Guest Room. Yet, somehow within a year how is it possible for this much damage and wear in a bathroom we barely use? The damage to the vanity that is in a guest bathroom with zero humidity, demonstrates what a poorly constructed vanity Martha Stewart has put on the market?
This is horrific, and I pray that you will either get us a new product or reimburse us as this is unbelievable.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia martha stewart copper tea kettle

I purchased Martha Beautiful Copper Tea Kettle and it was Beautiful until I started using it. Then is turned different colors from the heat from the stove now it's soooo ugly...it is not made well at all! We had a house fire and lost so much stuff so now that we are back in our home after a very long year and a half we are starting from scratch. I am trying to buy the necessities that our family needs but when I saw this beautiful tea kettle I splurged and bought it for myself...not knowing how poor quality it really is and now I'm soooo disappointed and stuck with an ugly tea kettle.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia frying pans

Hello,
I purchased these frying pans for my mother-in-law who lives in our home in an Inlaw suite. She cooks very in frequently and when she went to use these for the fifth time they would not come clean. They always burn what she is cooking. She has never used high heat or salt in the pans (as directed). These were expensive pans. We would like a full refund since it's over the time to be able to return them to Macy's.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia customer service phone rep for living magazine

Hello. My name is Gina . I have been a customer of Martha Stewart Living Magazine for several years now as it is my absolute favorite.

I just received a nenewal email on 10/23/18 & clicked & entered my credit card info. It said Free Gift with subscription, but there was nowhere on that email or the website to let me know what that gift may be.

So out of curiosity I googled Martha Stewart Living. What came up first was another magazine website that was selling the same 10 issues for $9.98 after I just paid $19. So I figured let me just call and see what is up.

I called & got CARLA on the phone. After giving her all my info she said, other magazine companies may offer a cheaper deal for the first year but go up in price after. So I said, ok i get it. Can you just tell me what free gift comes with my subscription. She just says I have no idea. What free gift? I said with the renewal email I got. She said, through what company?
***Through what company? She just looked up & confirmed my being in the system. She's either not listening or really didn't care.

So i said, ma'am I'm in between working my two jobs today & waited quite awhile to get you on the phone. I got a renewal email, clicked & reordered but it did not say what the free gift was. I was just curious. Like is it another subscription? Book?

She says I don't know. We are notified of all emails that happen or go out. I said well could you ask ANYONE? i have to go to my other job. She says, "SOrry you're having a bad day, but don't take it out on me, ma'am."

I said, are you kidding me? SHe says please hold. Puts me on hold again. Comes back & very passive aggressivley names 3 POSSIBLE gifts she THINKS I may receive. Like, you STILL don't know?

Then i say, you have been rude, passive-aggressive and unhelpful and she says that I'M rude! Has this woman ever worked any customer service? I've worked lots of customer service jobs for years & would never dream of talking to a person let alone a customer like that.

I hope someone will get back to me in a timely manner. People like that shouldn't have jobs like this. Period. I have been a good loyal customer for many years & deserve to be respected like a human being, at the very least.

Very upset customer,
Gina

I called Martha Stewart Living offices, they told me to email [protected]@marthastewart.com
THe email said undeliverable. Your websites, info, contact into & numbers are horrendous. Not ONE person can ever help me out correctly. This is not the first time I have had a nightmare just trying to get info or get a hold of someone.
