Placed online order, for pickup, on June 13,2025 at 11:33am. Pickup time was 11:50am. Paid online. Wife arrived at store, before pickup time. She gave name, they handed her an order with different name. She told them it was the wrong order and repeated the name for the correct order. They said it was already picked up. They did not want to hear that they gave it to the wrong person. Refused to even listen or do anything about it. They sure took the money though. Employees were rude, smart mouthed and unconcerned. They said we made the order and someone picked it up, nothing we can do.
Claimed loss: 21.97 (includes taxes and tip)
Desired outcome: refund of amount paid or the order I placed given to me. Employee training when dealing with customers over a mistake Subway made.

Subway contacted us by phone. They apologized and admitted they gave our order to another person. They re-made our order and we left it at that. Will not be returning. They were polite this time.
