Hi . My account number is [protected] my name is Sally Toleman. Email address is

I posted a parcel back to studio on the 30th November 2023 and another parcel on the 9th January 2024. I have been fighting to get the credit back to my account for the items I've returned since December 2923.

They finally gave me credit for the sum of £78.00 on the 22nd march 2024. But they have underpaid me credit for £28.00. The total refund should have been £106.00 but I only got £78.00.

Also all this time since December 2023 I've been paying interest on the items I do not have as I've returned them

I think it's very unfair that I should have been paying interest on items I sent back in November and January.

I have been in touch with studio fir the past 3 months but it's still not getting sorted.

I have been a studio customer fir years and I really don't think I'm treated fairly.

They keep telling me to contact this and contact that but nothing has been sorted

3 months this has been going on.

So I really hope you can help sort these issues out. Thank you

Studio Customer service.

Hi do your customer services manager follow actions that she suggested. She informed me that a manager from complaints would ring me and hey ho am still waiting. Customer services are rude and will always talk over you. I received email showing my parcel had been delivered with the three items I ordered. It came with o my two items. Then I received an email they had credit my account or the .missing item . when I asked why was it this happen omg they where adamant I had receivedthe missing item. And to Che m with a neighbor to see if they had it lol. So now I am basically ca!ed a thief. After al.odd 45mi s on this last cal! To them the customer services says j have looked on you'd account and their is a reddit o yoh account for this item mg rep!g was excuse me all the while until you have been call I g me a lair is that right she hung up on me. So am wait it for the resolution manager to ring. Dnt think m that's going to happen

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and the num er of phone calls I have done a credit for the inconvenience of all this. Phone calls being e very day and lasting min. 35 to 146 mins

This has been regarding one kettle and one microwave never arr. We are old age pensioners. No money put back into my acc. Martin middleton this is studio account.
