Strayer University review: Fraudulent balance

Hello my name is jerod jones I enrolled at the savannah ga campus 10 yrs ago.. I enrolled on the assumption that my federal student loan was excepted.. And I was lead to believe that is was, I kept getting the run around from a woman named debra crawford, telling me that the loan was being processed, and will be available, so stay enrolled. I tried multiple time to cancel my enrollment before the grace period ended, and was told to hold out it's going to get resolved.. I explained that I couldn't pay for this course if I didn't receive financial aid, several people assured that the issue would be resolved.. They lead me on until the grace period ended., ms debra disappeared, and then I was told my funding didn't come through.. I said ok and I left the course.. Some months later I received word that the I had a balance due. For a course that I wasn't able to receive and was mislead into staying in a course that financially I wasn't able to receive.. I complained to the administration of the school and they assured me that it was resolved...
Fast forward to today, I tried to enroll again recently, with financial aid eligibility, and was told that I have a balance due... This is clearly fraudulent & I have my attorney prepared to file a complaint if this balance issue is not resolved immediately.. I don't mind attending strayer if it's on fare terms.. I know you all need to make money, but don't manipulate, the people who are trying to do business with you.. Please resolve this issue... And I would love to actually take the course, and give you my business... But i'm not paying for anything that I didn't receive...
