Think about the worst camera or phone in the entire existence...basically, they would provide you better picts then GradImages. The photos are AWFUL! It's even embarasing. Do not even think about purchasing any package with them. some images are blur, and others the eyes are white/red. I asked them for a refund and they don't provide refunds. The final product is the worse you can ever think about. My order #[protected].

I ordered digital images for my daughter's white coat ceremony. I downloaded the extra large images on every image and they all came in between 800kB and 1.3MB. At this size even 4x6 looks grainy so I just wasted $100 for seven passport photo digital images. I called twice and the customer support was rude in each case and basically told me that it's my fault! Their 100 percent customer satisfaction (stated on their home page) essentially means nothing.

Due to the Covid-19 numbers, we were mandated to wear masks at our graduation. Pictures were taken with NO instructions (including whether or not we could remove our mask for the photos). Now my family and I are being bombarded with emails and letters, despite repeatedly asking to be removed from the list, to purchase pictures. Not only do the prices seem steep, but you couldn't pay ME to order images with a mask on... I would like them to honor our requests to stop sending us order forms. Perhaps they will learn from their mistakes and allow the next graduates to choose whether they remove their mask for the picture.

I am only giving 1 star as I am forced to. Grad images were the only ones allowed on the field for my daughters graduation. She has special needs and we practiced for this for weeks. I was very upset when I got the preview picture. My daughter is the only one wearing a mask and you cant even tell who the picture is of. I called the company and they could have cared less. Felt like I was getting an oh well get over it attitude . They stated that there is nothing they can do. All of my family lives out of state and wanted to see her getting the diploma that she worked so hard for. I am very upset with the company and the school as they assured the parents that a professional had been hired.

My college hade GradImages do graduation pics recently. The staff were rude to the graduates and background people and were clearly in a rush, not trying to take quality pictures. Upon receiving an email that my pictures were ready, I found that they were trying to sell me pictures of some other graduate, and not myself. The fact that there is a button saying that "this picture is not me" seems to speak for itself. Once I found the correct images, I was disappointed with the quality and that I seemed to be in the middle of a smile, as the photographer never gave me a chance to get positioned appropriately. Not that I wanted the images, but the prices seemed quites expensive as well. $11 for one print seems like a lot.

Grad Images is a scam. I ordered a 12x14 framed print of my daughters graduation with the custom retouch. The order arrived and I can barely see my daughter the image is so dark and obviously did not retouch the photo. There is no invoice and no instructions for how to process a return.I called and the first agent said, although I ordered and paid for the retouch it was on a different pose so could not be done? She sent me the return address.The second agent said I needed to send a photo of the image/product I received in order for them to provide me with return shipping instructions (shipping is another expense I will incur).It's very frustrating to know all the graduates and graduate's parents that are being scammed by this company. DON'T waste your MONEY!

This business sells low-quality photos at high prices. It would be hard to produce such low-quality images, unless you used a digital camera from the 1980's.The images they sell have low-resolution , small color space, and worst of all, they send digital photos with massive amounts of lens flair and splotches (from a dirty lens?). These issues are not discernable from the small, low-resolution images they post on their web site covered with watermarks.Clearly, they have no quality control. I contacted them and received the following reply, "Thank you for contacting GradImages. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the digital photo is non refundable. You get the digital you can apply to changes by yourself." Let my experience be a warning to you; don't give this company your business. (I gave a one-star review because I could not give a lower rating.)

This company doesn't even deserve a single star. I recently took my graduation photos my school offered to take one photo with family and friends. When I received my photo link the the one I had taken with my family was missing. I sent out an email to them. I also called and it seemed like they put in a request. I waited 2 weeks with no reply from them I called again and I quote the customer representative said " None of the students have pictures with family or friends" clearly this is a lie because I contacted other students who were also graduating and they said there family photo was included along with the ones of just them. I have proof of this as well as proof from my school's email stating that a picture with family and friends could be taken. At the end they did nothing but give a s*** apology didn't offer any further help or discount nothing. I am very upset because I was really looking forward to having a graduation photo with my family. Worse company ever!

I have just chosen NOT to place my order for the plaque I was about to charge to my Paypal account. My son received his MBA in March from ***, and his photo looks great. However, I decided against this purchase for two reasons: First, I thought I'd check out some reviews of Grad Images, a company I really didn't know. To say I was stunned is an understatement. I'd say 90 percent of the reviews are highly unfavorable. Most of them cite poor picture quality and/or horrific customer service. Second, I think the prices for the photos, plaques, etc., are wildly inflated. One last thing, I noted that the company had the gall to actually round up my tax from $4.63 to $5.00! This is against the law! This made my decision *** clear. What an unethical, low-class company! It's highly disturbing that well-known, even prestigious, universities are continuing to use this business. Please read the other reviews if I haven't convinced you adequately. Do NOT give this dreck outfit one cent!

The photographers are in this company not wanted to get a good memorable pictures of the person. They are taking photos blindly and do not wanted to neat your attire and pose before taking the photos. They are not sending the ordered photos and trying to cheat you in various ways. Since there wasn't any other option I had to pick a photo of my life time memory out of bad pictures that were taken. I picked a photo and select a size of the photo form the given drop down 8X10 along with complexion touch-up. Twice send me the photo that I don't want, a closeup photo, instead of the ordered specific number. When I inquire it, told me that when the photo was cropped automatically the lower part of the photo gone disappears. Still I do not understand how the photo became closed up when it cropped. Finally agreed to send me 5X7 photo and I was forced to satisfy with the smaller photo and not confirmed me about complexion touch up that I paid for. I'm totally disappointed and I have lost a total $ ***.

The quality of the images provided is subpar for a professional photograph, and the customer service might be worse. The angles are very strange, and I don't believe that I am centered in a single photo they took. But the worst part is I ordered the deluxe package (which cost me a total of $140) hoping that I would get my full photo package. As it turns out, they split the photo sessions into 2 separate shoots (despite being ~30 minutes apart), so I only got half of the photos the company took. After speaking to customer service, the best they could offer is a 50% discount if I wanted the rest of my photos. Also, if you are dissatisfied with the overpriced physical images, they will not refund your money until you pay out of your own pocket to ship the images back and they receive them (which means you probably should pay extra for tracking, since I wouldn't rely on this company to be forthcoming about receiving them). Overall, just a terrible company. Unfortunately, this is the only option that my university offered to get graduation photos.

My son graduated on 5/18/22. After weeks of waiting past when they were to be ready we finally got to choose our pictures. Both images are of my son holding his diploma. Both images have a horrible glare in the diploma so much so you can not make out any words. I thought they would touch up the diploma glare before sending out. Thats the photographers error. That didnt happen. I don't know how this company can in good conscience send out pictures with the diploma completely glared over. I just called and talked to customer service. They will not refund my money nor will they send me the same package without the glare. I was told I had to order a whole new package and add the touch-up. How professional is that? You send out pictures for a once in a life time event that can't be redone. Take your own pictures. This certainly was not worth the money at all! Very disappointed. I will be sharing my experience with friends and social media so no one else has to deal with this very unprofessional company. I will also let the school he graduated from know.

I ordered the digital package with retouch for my son's College graduation. The coloring on the digitals pics seemed a little off, but I figured it was just my computer. Also, the retouch did not appear to do anything at all. Every single blemish was visible in HD. I placed an order without editing anything. They just arrived and the coloring was even worse than what was displayed on my computer. I called GradImages and they said I can request additional retouching for $25 per pic or I can find someone that is computer savy to edit the coloring on my pics. BTW, they also said the coloring seemed a little ***. Now I have paid over $100 for digital images that are useless and I wouldn't even want to display. His high school pictures were far better than this junk. They wouldn't even give me a refund because since I ordered only the digital images, I own the copyrights. The alternative was to have him retake the pics and a new order would be placed and "maybe" they can give me 50% off! I'm just goin to take my son somewhere else on my own. JCPenney does a far better job.

I had 3 pictures taken for my graduation. Two outside prior to entering building and 1 inside. They each received two different customer numbers. I was unable to consolidate the 3 pictures into one package online, so called customer service. What a waste. First guy tells me I can put all 3 in one package. Went through how many of each. Almost at end of package and we got disconnected. Called back got a different person. She tells me I cant consolidate into one package and that I need to order two packages. I said that wasnt what first person told me. She put me on hold and comes back to tell me the first person never said I could consolidate. Now Im being called a liar?! I told them they just lost $170 package deal. I then sent email complaining of my experience. I received email that I need to call customer service to ask them for assistance. Are you kidding? Just wasted a half hour of my time being told I needed to by two separate packages. These pictures were taken within minutes of each other. No sense they were two separate customer service numbers other than to try to get more money.

It has been an ongoing problem, but I am finally supposed to be getting a refund for my daughter's graduation photos.If the company had sent a means of returning the photos with the order in the first place I would have been able to take care of this months ago. I was dissatisfied from the moment I saw them. There was not an invoice indicating payment, a means for redress if dissatisfied, or even a notification with the name of the business and an address, email, or phone number. This is not a good business practice.When I tried to find the company with the ComplaintsBoard.com I typed in the name on the return address label on the envelope: Iconic Group. Nothing came up. Then I tried GradImages, which was on the first email I received after having looked the company up through PayPal. GradImages could be located. It should not be so difficult.It then took emails to three different people to address my issues. As it turns out this is a *** from which one would expect better quality photographs and customer service. I am very disappointed. I will be relieved when my refund finally arrives and I am done with this company!

I received 2 emails from Grad Images claiming to be the official high schools event photographer for the 2021 graduation. After the 3rd email, I clicked on the customer number provided to me as the code to access my daughters pictures. I was hoping to purchase some or all of them. When I logged in to their website, I saw a graduation image of what appears to be my daughters high school graduation but the young lady is not my daughter. I reached out to the 800 number to inform them that they have my email linked to her and I wanted to make sure they send me my daughters number as well as making sure my daughters number was not sent to the wrong person. The gentleman rushed me off the phone saying "Sometimes this happens and that he will make sure I do not receive any more emails from them with her information". Well today I received another request to purchase images, with the same customer number and with the same young lady's name and image, so my email address has not been taken out of their system. I don't even know how they received my email address and he refused to answer that question. I am highly concerned about the security of these images that are floating around to random people. Who knows who has my child's images. This is a serious security concern and this company should be fined or shut down until they can put in proper security protocols to keep these kids images safe.

I would give zero stars if I was able to. This is the absolute worst, price gouging, up-charging, hidden-cost-adding business I have interacted with in 22 years of life. They sent emails multiple times offering promo codes for single free image prints or other offers, and every single time I tried these codes they simply said they were not accepted. Additionally, they absolutely gouge their prices from people - many people's parents and grandparents will use this website to attempt to order photos of children to commemorate, and when attempting to select a basic photo they add on up to 50$ worth of upcharge options that have to be deselected. Additionally, $99 for the download of one very average quality photo is an absurd price that would only be paid by families jumping to get a photo of a loved one and is in no way a fair price. If your school is looking to contract them for a photoshoot, complain and attempt to force a change to a different service as this has been the most unpleasant ordering experience of my entire life. Instead of being able to get a nice selection of photos to give to my family members, I have ordered one 5x7 print solely to commemorate and will not be purchasing anything else out of spite. I cannot express my displeasure with this company enough, my day was made worse by simply being forced to interact with their site in order to obtain an image of myself. If other graduates are lucky, their schools will contract other companies for image services because no one should be subjected to the predatory, price gouging practices and horrible web interface offered by GradImages.

I placed an order for my daughters ring ceremony pictures and paid extra for complexion touch-up and when I received them my daughters pictures they were 2 shades DARKER! May I add that her photos were in a regular envelope with no care instructions at all. I over paid for photos that I could have take myself with a disposable camera and probably would have got better results. Don't bother buying the 5x7 image folio because it's very cheap quality and is not stable. They have a live chat that is not active so I waited until Monday to contact them directly and the representative had a huge language barrier and I had to repeat myself multiple of times. She asked me to email her a picture of the pictures (which I did) and she said that I should receive an email back within 24 hrs. I waited 2 days and still nothing so I called back and explained my situation again and the representative asked me to email her the photos again (which I did) and she said that the vendor has not responded and for me to wait a week. I asked her why does it take so long to get an answer and she giggled. I then asked if I was going to receive a call back and she said yes and I asked her what number were they going to call and she gave me a number that was nowhere close to mine and when I asked her what name did she show and she said someone else's name! By this time my patients were out the window and I said that I needed my money refunded back to me. Again, the rep said I had to wait until they contact me. I think it's disgusting that this company is cheating people when all we wanted was a memory of our daughter's achievement.

I paid nearly 100 for my grad images to arrive. Its been nearly two weeks and nothing has arrived but the site says otherwise. I demand my images or a full refund.

I have ordered and paid for my graduation pictures and I have not received the pictures. I have made several phone calls and each time I was told a different day the pictures should arrive. The company is now saying they have no idea where my pictures are and will need to reissue them. I have asked to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting and would return my call and he never called. I tried to call him a few more times and was told he was going to reissue my pictures and still have not received them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On 6/4 I ordered a CD of my daughters college graduation pictures. On 6/14 10 days later I recieved an email in regards to my address. I immediatly responded the the address was correct. On 7/1 I called and spoke with Angelica Lopez who after multiple "please hold so I can speak to my supervisor" I was told I would recieve a refund the following day 7/2. Instead if a refund I recieved an email. Unfortunatly no refund, and no CD as of today 7/5. The mug that was ordered finally arrived the end of the month. Per their website "please allow 10 days for shipping". It's been over a month.

I ordered my son's college graduation pictures through this company. I contacted the company prior to ordering and asked questions about the packages and the quality of the images they were going to provide. I ordered my digital images from them and went to print them out 2 days ago and when I printed them, parts of the picture have to be cut out in order for it to print correctly in an 8 by 10 format. For instance, I can have my son's cap in the picture, but then the "A" on his gown (standing for Alabama) has to be cut in half or his hand is cut in half at the bottom. The full picture can not be printed correctly.

I ordered photos from my sons graduation as soon as the photos became available on line. I received an email that that the photos were shipped, and I would receive them in 10 days. The photos never arrived. I have sent three email to this organization, and have NEVER received a response. I contacted them and spoke to a woman who was not interested at all in helping me with my problem. She told me to give it another couple days for the photos to arrive. They never have! I had the same problem when my daughter graduated. How can a college deal with these people when they take your money, and not ship out the photos? This is very upsetting to a parent! I would like these photos shipped, and I will never deal with them again. There reviews are terrible!

I purchased graduation photos from this scam of a business and the photos arrived with a random person's face clearly visible in the background. I contacted the company for a refund but they said they could "fix" the photos and a new order would be arriving within 10 days. When the new order arrived, it was exactly the same as the old one. The face was still there, the retouching that I paid extra for had not been accomplished. I again contacted them (on their FB page) 10 days but as of the present time, I have received no response. This is a HUGE disappointment. It's the first time that I have ever ordered my graduation photos and I was looking forward to framing and posting them and sharing them with families and friends. I paid a total of $187 for the photos, which included a photo plaque that I would be too embarrassed to use as a floor mat.

Gradimages advertised their diploma frame products to the university that my daughter recently graduated from. When the diploma arrived, I realized the frame is extremely larger than the diploma without any possibility of adjustment. I called customer service to return the item and asked for a shipping label. I talked with "*** who told me that their company does not provide shipping labels. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the advertised diploma frame did not come in different sizes. I was led to believe the size was standard to fit all university diplomas. *** told me that I could not speak with a supervisor. When I insisted, she told me she would have to ask the supervisor first before transferring me. When *** returned to the line, she told me that her supervisor was not available - "he is in a meeting". Due to deceptive advertising, I'm requesting a return shipping label and full refund of the total price paid.

I placed an order on 6/8 for a T-Shirtquilt by Project Repat. I was then supposed to receive information about the order to be able to send my son's jerseys by mail. I did receive the redeem your code info but was directed to another website to repay for the same item I had already paid for. No other info come through on the website that I was directed to continue with my order. I called the company to inquire and told them that the process was misleading and overly complicated and I just wanted to cancel my order and refund my money. I have spoken to several employees and been shifted around by Grad Images to other companies claiming to be able to help but only to find out that was incorrect information. To this day (2 weeks later), I still have not seen a refund for my order that was never executed or any assistance from the company to get a refund of $79.20. I do not understand the issue of giving me the refund they owe me for the order that I cancelled.
