I paid nearly 100 for my grad images to arrive. Its been nearly two weeks and nothing has arrived but the site says otherwise. I demand my images or a full refund.

I have ordered and paid for my graduation pictures and I have not received the pictures
I have ordered and paid for my graduation pictures and I have not received the pictures. I have made several phone calls and each time I was told a different day the pictures should arrive. The company is now saying they have no idea where my pictures are and will need to reissue them. I have asked to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting and would return my call and he never called. I tried to call him a few more times and was told he was going to reissue my pictures and still have not received them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On 6/4 I ordered a CD of my daughters college graduation pictures. On 6/14 10 days later I recieved an email in regards to my address. I immediatly responded the the address was correct. On 7/1 I called and spoke with Angelica Lopez who after multiple "please hold so I can speak to my supervisor" I was told I would recieve a refund the following day 7/2. Instead if a refund I recieved an email. Unfortunatly no refund, and no CD as of today 7/5. The mug that was ordered finally arrived the end of the month. Per their website "please allow 10 days for shipping". It's been over a month.

I ordered my son's college graduation pictures through this company
I ordered my son's college graduation pictures through this company. I contacted the company prior to ordering and asked questions about the packages and the quality of the images they were going to provide. I ordered my digital images from them and went to print them out 2 days ago and when I printed them, parts of the picture have to be cut out in order for it to print correctly in an 8 by 10 format. For instance, I can have my son's cap in the picture, but then the "A" on his gown (standing for Alabama) has to be cut in half or his hand is cut in half at the bottom. The full picture can not be printed correctly.

I ordered photos from my sons graduation as soon as the photos became available on line. I received an email that that the photos were shipped, and I would receive them in 10 days. The photos never arrived. I have sent three email to this organization, and have NEVER received a response. I contacted them and spoke to a woman who was not interested at all in helping me with my problem. She told me to give it another couple days for the photos to arrive. They never have! I had the same problem when my daughter graduated. How can a college deal with these people when they take your money, and not ship out the photos? This is very upsetting to a parent! I would like these photos shipped, and I will never deal with them again. There reviews are terrible!

I purchased graduation photos from this scam of a business and the photos arrived with a random person's face clearly visible in the background. I contacted the company for a refund but they said they could "fix" the photos and a new order would be arriving within 10 days. When the new order arrived, it was exactly the same as the old one. The face was still there, the retouching that I paid extra for had not been accomplished. I again contacted them (on their FB page) 10 days but as of the present time, I have received no response. This is a HUGE disappointment. It's the first time that I have ever ordered my graduation photos and I was looking forward to framing and posting them and sharing them with families and friends. I paid a total of $187 for the photos, which included a photo plaque that I would be too embarrassed to use as a floor mat.

Gradimages advertised their diploma frame products to the university that my daughter recently graduated from. When the diploma arrived, I realized the frame is extremely larger than the diploma without any possibility of adjustment. I called customer service to return the item and asked for a shipping label. I talked with "*** who told me that their company does not provide shipping labels. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the advertised diploma frame did not come in different sizes. I was led to believe the size was standard to fit all university diplomas. *** told me that I could not speak with a supervisor. When I insisted, she told me she would have to ask the supervisor first before transferring me. When *** returned to the line, she told me that her supervisor was not available - "he is in a meeting". Due to deceptive advertising, I'm requesting a return shipping label and full refund of the total price paid.

I placed an order on 6/8 for a T-Shirtquilt by Project Repat. I was then supposed to receive information about the order to be able to send my son's jerseys by mail. I did receive the redeem your code info but was directed to another website to repay for the same item I had already paid for. No other info come through on the website that I was directed to continue with my order. I called the company to inquire and told them that the process was misleading and overly complicated and I just wanted to cancel my order and refund my money. I have spoken to several employees and been shifted around by Grad Images to other companies claiming to be able to help but only to find out that was incorrect information. To this day (2 weeks later), I still have not seen a refund for my order that was never executed or any assistance from the company to get a refund of $79.20. I do not understand the issue of giving me the refund they owe me for the order that I cancelled.
